Highly disappointed! I went there for my first time in November. The receptionist was explaining to me about the $100 policy just incase something wasn't covered by insurance and she held up my insurance card And said "because this certainly doesn't cover things" and she apologized for saying that. I go to get my exam done by dr park and haven't seen a dentist in several years and he said everything looked fine. Nothing major going on, but I had some very stained molars that could be potential cavities, but nothing to worry about now. I thought that was strange. (While the tv was on during my exam n cleaning with some show with a lot cursing on it). My cleaning felt rushed compared to other practices I been too where they take they're time with my teeth n really clean in the gums. Well here I am at another dentist office 2 months later with pain in my bottom teeth! Turns out I have a cracked tooth in the back molar. Recession in my gums (the new dentist That I went to clearly showed me pics of what was going on with my teeth) I couldn't believe what I saw !!!! when dr park only showed me X-rays with white dots that I can't read and said that everything was fine and nothing to worry about at the moment. For my recession gums he said to just brush softly over them. ??? That's it??? Oh not to mention I have 2 cavities that need to be filled now! And another 2 potential cavities. You didn't see any of this dr park? I am very certain I was being judged and treated by the type of insurance I had there is no doubt in my mind. The rude receptionist, the tv on with bad language, and the rushed cleaning? I get the point you didn't want to do any dental work on me because of my insurance. I feel that is wrong! Teeth are very important to everyone's health and can cause serious deadly health issues if left untreated! I will never recommend this place! The sad part is I was very nice during my whole visit and brushed off the weird things going on to give them a chance. Very disappointed. read more
