Unfortunately, our experience left a very poor & unprofessional first impression. AFTER ALL WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE!! Upon arrival, we encountered a sign at the front desk that was extremely condescending and immediately gave the impression of a business more interested in enforcing rules than treating patients with respect. There is a 10-minute grace period that is not clearly communicated beforehand, and if you are even slightly late, the clinic threatens to cancel your appointment and charge a late fee. We were only about five minutes late due to a long line and parking delays, yet we were told our appointment was canceled and a late fee would be applied. The staff at the front desk were dismissive and RUDE AF!!!! , particularly one woman who seemed to enjoy asserting power over patients. She even hung up abruptly on a caller saying, "I'll call you back, I'm busy." When we requested to speak to the manager, the response was only slightly better, still condescending, and we were reprimanded for explaining the situation. It felt very much like being treated as children rather than valued clients. For a clinic that presumably cares for animals, this lack of empathy, patience, and basic courtesy was courtesy was shocking. If you're treating your HIGH PAYING CLIENTS THIS BAD!? HOW ARE YOU TREATING OUR BELOVED ANIMALS? YIKES. The behavior at the front desk, combined with the aggressive sign, makes it very difficult to feel comfortable or welcome. We hope the owners and doctor are made aware of this, as staff attitude can seriously affect a clinic's reputation and patient loyalty. We are reconsidering whether to continue using this clinic and strongly encourage owners particularly more than poor management to retrain front desk staff on professionalism and compassion. Patients who spend significant amounts on pet care deserve to be treated with respect and understanding (especially during their first visit) Once this behavior is put on social platforms such as Yelp, Google. Even tik tok you will suffer greatly by allowing your front desk to abuse your clientele? What an absolute embarrassment. Take your disgusting signs down before you go viral.

I can also trust him to give us a fair price point for shots and physical exams. For a physical done on my cat, it was $55. The rabies shot was $19 and the FVR was $32. He asked us to hold her down as he put in an IV for her so that he could inject her with the euthanasia medicine. Something I thought and was hoping would be peaceful experience was one of the most traumatic things to have witnessed in my life. The memory of her screaming and fighting and in so much pain and fear was not how I would have wanted her to spend her last minutes on Earth. Her face was frozen in sheer terror as the euthanasia medicine was injected into her IV and that was the last image that I have of her. This experience left me with a lot of guilt and regret and anger. How he handled this procedure made a difficult thing even worse. I will never take my pets here. They need to do better and be more mindful and careful for loving pet parents who are already going through such a difficult time. And, to anyone thinking of putting your pets down at this organization, do your research and advocate for yourself and for your pets and don't do anything you are not comfortable doing. Dr. Chen also recently mis-diagnosed one of my mom's cats last month. He diagnosed Oreo with cancer and was waiting for my mom to give the "ok" to start giving him steroids. Luckily, we have a family member who is a critical care veterinarian and, after testing and ultrasound, discovered that Oreo is actually in heart failure, in which case steroids would have been harmful to his condition. Seriously, he needs to do better!! Be more careful!! Do your due diligence. Not everyone has the luxury of having a family member who is a vet or who can afford to get a second opinion. He really needs to be careful. Let this be a PSA to pet parents who are considering having this establishment treat your pets.

We came on a Friday and had to do a blood panel for our cat but the clinic was closed the next day. However, Dr. Z still went out of his way to call me, on his day off (Saturday), to let me know what the results to the tests were. He could've easily told me on Monday, but wanted to quell my worries and you genuinely don't find people like that anymore. I can attest with my whole heart that this clinic genuinely loves your pets like their own. The front desk receptionist made us feel so welcomed and really understood what we were going through. The vet tech was so incredibly kind and even trimmed our cat's nails without charging us when he had to be sedated to get his blood drawn. She was so, so sweet and even after we decided our next course of action, popped back in to say, "Aren't you happy he could get the surgery?!" I could tell that she really cared about the wellbeing of my cat and how I felt in that moment. Originally, we were afraid that we'd have to put him down due to a massive growth on his toe that we were afraid was cancer. Thankfully, Dr. Z and his team did not give up on our baby! I just can't put into words how grateful we are. Every single person was so incredibly kind and understanding. This vet clinic is a gem, truly.

My Frenchie was having her first litter, and things became very chaotic very quickly. On the way to the hospital, she had her first puppy right there in the front seat of my truck! When we arrived, I called to let them know what was happening, and they were kind enough to come outside and help bring her and her newborn puppy inside. From that moment on, I felt like she was in good hands. The staff was incredibly welcoming, gentle, and compassionate. They knew how to keep me calm without overwhelming me with how serious her C-section was. I was scared and had so many questions, but someone was always there to explain the process and talk me through what was happening. There was honestly no wait time, they took her in right away. I also really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel discussing the cost of everything. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed to make a decision based on money. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt respected throughout the entire experience. My Frenchie is now home recovering, and I'm so grateful to everyone who took care of her and her puppies. Thank you for being so kind, patient, and compassionate during what was an incredibly scary night for me. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Roy & team did for my girl.

When we finally were called in to an exam room, we sat for another 20-30 minutes waiting...then the Vet came in and asked us what our concerns were about our pet.. At that time, the Vet then started insinuating that the pet 'could have' pancreatitis and a few other strange diseases which we inherently knew was not the case. The issue we Pruitt the pet in for was very specific and basic. Needless to say, we quite literally grabbed our pet and left. I'd recommend staying clear of this place.

It used to feel more like a family there. Now, they hardly speak to you, and you just sit there until they take you back. Everything is almost sterile. The emergency vet we saw a couple years ago was a warmer and more caring environment. I like that they have updated the exam rooms and facilities and they use a website that has a booking feature, which is convenient, but they are REALLY expensive. We thought it was expensive after his last wellness exam, but he really needed to get in to see someone, and we thought, "Why not stay where he has been since he was a puppy?" We just took him in for a vet tech appointment to renew his prescription. They said it would be an easy and quick appointment to get labs done. He also needed to do his updated rabies shot. The total was over $500. Even his prescription with them was $70 for a monthly supply of gabapentin. We did that twice before a friend of mine recommended using Chewy instead. We pay $4.80 for a month's supply (60 pills) of the same medication. The vet was nice when we met with her. She was kind to our very shy senior dog, but despite thinking she was great, it isn't enough to keep us at this veterinarian any longer.

They were wonderful. When they changed hands, I knew the new clinic would have big shoes to fill, but I was hopeful. They reopened in late 2025/early 2026 under new management. I am no longer hopeful. On my first visit a couple of months ago, not only was I left waiting for 30 minutes with an anxious dog in a completely empty clinic, but the hard-sell for services that I did not need was, to say the least, aggressive. When I asked what medical indication the vet had for her recommendations, she were not able to give a medically sound reason (she basically said "because I said so."). I decided to give them a second chance today with another vet in the practice. After 20 minutes waiting, again, with an anxious dog, I asked the receptionist when the vet would be in. She checked with the doctor, came in, and said momentarily as she was finishing her notes. I have no problem with that (because doctor), but does it need to be during my appointment time, when she is already late, and there is not a single other client in the building? After another 20 minutes without a word (so we're at 40 total) I got up and left. It was simply unfair to leave my dog in that anxious state. I will not be back. They are 0 for 2. Although the receptionist tried her best, I will also say they have her alone doing the job of what used to take 3 receptionists in the old clinic, so I have no idea how she is managing. Clearly customer service (between the dearth of staff and excessive wait times) is not their priority. I hate leaving negative reviews but I want my vet to care about my pet, not profit. I assume many of you feel the same.
