I was really nervous and anxious about getting my toe nail removed. Dr. Cohen assured me that I would not feel a thing and asked how easy it was for my teeth to get numb at the dentist. I responded with not easy, I always have to tell them "I can still feel it!" He made sure my toe was extra numb. And I didn't feel a thing! He checked on me continuously during the procedure, making sure I was okay. And had me come back every couple of days to assure that the healing process was going well. I felt taken care of and had nothing to worry about. Dr. Cohen and I really built a rapport and at appointments felt like I was hanging out with an Uncle or family member. Literally the only thing I get in the mail from doctors are bills!! Lol. Her staff is also welcoming and great to work with. They are also reliable, and I feel confident things will happen if they say they will. In the past, I've had front desk staff at different doctor offices tell me they'll call the insurance or fax the results to my primary care, and I have to call and make sure it gets done each time. The admin staff here are wonderful because they actually follow through. The visit itself was also superb. Dr. Nemes was friendly and really listened to all my questions and she answered thoughtfully. I never felt rushed or doubted like I do at some physician's visits. When the dr told him he would be draining the cyst with a needle, my son understandably became really nervous and anxious. He hates needles. Instead of trying to calm my 12yo, he kept shaming him for being nervous, and then at one point said, dude, do you just want to go home? He rushed the entire procedure with such rudeness, and once he was done he didn't even clean up, just threw his gloves in the trash and left. No discussion on how to treat the drained cyst afterward, no eye contact, nothing. Pretty appalling. There must be better doctors to see.

And they ask you to sign an agreement allowing them to charge the card directly for any payment overdue for 60 days. If you have any dispute with them on the bill, good luck. They don't need your consent to charge you based on the agreement. 2. They refuse to delete your credit card info even if treatments are completed and paid for. I asked them if they could do so. They told me no. I walked away from this place after learning about the above practices. Now, after reading other reviews about their billing, I feel that I dodged a bullet.
