Literally the only thing I get in the mail from doctors are bills!! Lol. Her staff is also welcoming and great to work with. They are also reliable, and I feel confident things will happen if they say they will. In the past, I've had front desk staff at different doctor offices tell me they'll call the insurance or fax the results to my primary care, and I have to call and make sure it gets done each time. The admin staff here are wonderful because they actually follow through. The visit itself was also superb. Dr. Nemes was friendly and really listened to all my questions and she answered thoughtfully. I never felt rushed or doubted like I do at some physician's visits. I feel good about the treatment plan and also understand what we are doing! I'm so glad to have found Dr. Nemes and glad to be in her care. I haven't felt that from a doctor in so long. I'm really grateful.

I spent a lot of money because my insurance doesn't cover it and what I got was kind of a joke. After like five sessions, nothing improved at all and it actually got worse months later. I would be very, very skeptical that this company can fix these issues. Do your research. They will want to sell you expensive ointments and costly procedures. I don't recommend this at all.

It has been growing slowly but surely, and by last week it had me almost completely unable to walk. I tried to get a podiatrist at Sutter to help me out (a doctor there had removed a corn for me three years ago), but Sutter doesn't handle corns anymore. They referred me to Bay Area Foot Care. What luck! There was an easy online application to fill out beforehand, then I went in for my appt. and was greeted by two friendly women at the front desk. My appt. was right on time too. Dr. Christine Khoury came in, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work removing my corn. She was gentle and it was a pain-free experience. Dr. Khoury was very friendly, and we had a nice talk while she was working her magic. She had a few great suggestions about how to handle my foot as it heals, and what to do with it in the future. Knowing my feet, I'm sure I'll be back. It's nice to know I have such an excellent podiatrist on my side. Thanks, Dr. K!

Which is okay, But what worst is staff at FootCare Specialist, Inc . I spoke to Sylvia. She didn't even try to understand the issue and spoke very bad and hung up phone by saying i can't help you. She didn't listen when i told her that i would put bad reviews. Her response was do whatever. Dr. Kaplan should advise his staff to be nice with the patients and should understand that patient will be upset if he gets collection notice even after making a payment. Please fix the issue. Patient will not return if they faces such behavior from staff. Hope you will review and train your staff.
