I came here because it was just getting to be too much for any one person to bear (for me and those close to me), my head was pounding, I was itchy mess, and I felt like a huge bucket of snot ready to explode at any time. I came in and I was expecting the worst, I was greeted with just the opposite. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient, Dr. Sakal was direct and also cared about having a good patient outcome. I was tested for my allergies, then 15 minutes later the Doctor came in and read my skin reactions, 10 minutes later I was in his office going over the results, I was then given a nose spray that changed my life, and I am all signed up for shots. I now await the magic immune therapy solution to start again. I don't know why I waited so long to go back to the allergist, #life changing!!!!

I have my breath back which has allowed me to increase my fitness and overall health. He is very direct in his approach and cares deeply about his patience. He gives you lots of knowledge for you to make the best decision based on your situation. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman. The office is conveniently located for me and is always clean. The staff is very friendly. In fact, Christine greets you at the door as if she is welcoming in family to her home. The second line of office staff, shot technicians and onsite billing support are always positive and customer focused.

Some may take this as rude, but I found it reassuring. He is not like most doctors who treat the symptom instead of the cause. He actually gave me cheaper, easier ideas to treat my allergies instead of suggesting I get shots (I guess my allergies are not as bad as some). And it worked. This guy and this business in general are not out to make as much money as possible. They want to help people and are passionate not only about their field of expertise, but about lifestyle choices and people optimizing their health. We were able to schedule an exam a week or two later. No problems. My office experience was wonderful with the exception of a long wait to have the testing performed. My appointment was for 8:00, I immediately filled out all the paperwork, but waited to get in until about 8:45. Otherwise, everyone was very pleasant, the test was thorough and I was given a nice printout of the results. The doctor spent plenty of time with me afterwards explaining the results and what my options were. Overall, very happy with them and I will likely be back next year for another exam.

I never feel rushed in my appointments with him. He comes in explains everything, sits down and makes me feel so comfortable. Being in the medical field I am very particular about my choices of providers and I have been thoroughly impressed, not only by his bedside manner but by his recommendations for care. He sent me to a GI MD that he himself uses and recommended PT for an issue I've been having. He is super thorough and I appreciate that so much. When choosing him as your ENT, you can rest assure that you are in competent hands.
