They did literally everything imaginable to reassure me and instill confidence that my needle phobia was not something to stress myself about, and also give me great confidence that my convalescence will proceed propitiously. You will not find a more considerate and professional practice than this! I am so thankful to have found such understanding people! I am also grateful to the administrator, Gloria, who always calls me by my first name and always shows her regard for me when I am there. You're not just a number, not just "another customer," at this medical office; you are a human being who is respected, even if you happen to suffer with peculiar phobias or (potentially problematical) medical issues. Im not goving it to you. i said to her that i have a fever and throwing up green stuff, you know what she said to me, I did the same thing. So i said Z pack is the only thing that works! She responded as she moved her head with a spin an rolled her head back an rolled her eyes inside her head. I asked did you just Roll your eyes at me? she responded yes, your 70 yr old. i asked what does my age have to do what anything And what? she didnt reply. she broght a covid box I said i didnt need thaat. she did some other teststuck a q tip up my nose and walked out about a half hour later she said your test was Negitive.I should have walked out the way I was being treated? The way she rolled her head and then rolled her eyes, that was just a great performace! I cancelled my trip because the PA was not willing to take care of my needs. As I recently fractured my ankle (very slick of me, I know), I was on crutches. When I entered the waiting room there were wheel chairs waiting to be used! The clerk came around and helped me into a wheel chair despite my trying to protest lol. There is also a plethora of free snacks in a basket on the counter! Enjoy! If you have an issue, they take you in right away and everybody is so pleasant from the front desk to the doctor. She is a genius, Ivy League medical school. Yale grad. But also super sweet, compassionate, friendly. She takes the time to explain things to you. And really listens when you talk. She is busy, but never rushes. I am undergoing IVF and very glad I found someone like her. Finding a good gynecologist OB/GYN is far in view between these days. Even the staff is very on top of things. They call you back with your results, call you back if you leave a message. Highly highly recommend. If IVF works, I could not trust her more to deliver my baby.

I had been seeing Dr Lang for decades. Since after the first few years, I moved far away, he set a…read moreroutine for me to come in for periodic check-ups and he would have his nurse give me a box of serum each time I saw him, so that I could take it with me in order to have a doctor's office near me administer the injections that would follow Dr Lang's prescribed schedule. But after decades with no problem, the time came that one vial from one of the boxes ran short. It was supposed to last a year, like the other vials in the box, but it didn't. So, I had to call Dr Lang's nurse and ask for her to send more. When I explained to her that I ran out of serum with one of the vials, she replied something to the effect of "Yeah, so what are you calling me for?!" The conversation went from bad to worse. It was obvious that I could never go back, but as I always loved Dr Lang, I had wanted to tell him of my experience, and I had wanted to say good-bye and to thank him for helping me over the years. But he would not return my call. I tried more than once to reach him, until finally, the office manager got on the phone with me. When I told her I wanted to speak with him, she quipped, "He is not going to speak with you, do you understand that?!!!" Yeah, I got it -- I got it alright. My, my - how Dr Lang had changed from when he was about age 35, when I first met him, to his mid-70's. What a send-off! What an end to a decades long - truly epic - doctor-patient relationship. Sad.
