To say this place needed some TLC is an understatement. I found her quote to be fair and she was responsive in replying and keeping me informed. I asked for some guidance with color choices and her picks were bang on. She listened to what I had to say, asked questions and provided samples. Her and her crew's work was organized, precise and well managed. Due to delays we moved in mid-way thru the job, they were also flexible and easy to work with/around. You can tell Lansey takes pride in her work and ensures you are beyond satisfied. I would not hesitate in hiring her back for further work!

I have an 1100 sq foot house. They were all very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. After they were done, the overall cleanliness had me pleased. As I started to look closer, the baseboards and above the curtains weren't touched (and that should have been done. The kitchen was in great shape but they had used some of my own oven cleaner (well it was in the cleaning drawer, must have been here when we moved in) and every time I turned on the oven it smelled like chemicals. Gross. Nothing natural about that. The owner was nice, but was a bit flakey. Took a long time in the beginning to get my quote and then never received an invoice after I had requested it.
