Doctor Bridges show me the injury on the X-rays and explained clearly my treatment options. We made an appointment for surgery between Christmas and New Year at Memorial Herman Surgery Center on Kingsland. Amanda, her surgery coordinator even found me an appointment in an urgent care facility to get a surgery clearance since my doctor office was closed for the holidays and many medical facilities overbooked with people seeking Covid testing for holiday travel. Doctor Bridges operated on me on December 28th. She came to see me before surgery to explain everything and gave me reinsurance. She is so sweet and comforting. Few days after surgery I had some nerve pain. She had given me her cellular phone number so I was able to contact her easily. She send quickly a prescription to my pharmacy. During the follow up visits to change the dressing, the nurses were friendly, caring and gentle. They took X-rays at every visit to assess the healing process. The doctor explained thoroughly what to expect, gave a time frame on expected progress and answered all my questions. I am now waddling in my walking boot and mending well. This doctor is going above and beyond for her patients. I am very thankful for her outstanding care! My tip: Do not go anywhere else!

I came in needing new orthotics, as my old ones were lost. I saw the nurse, described what I needed, saw the doctor for all of a sixty second exam, and then the office manager came in to discuss that they would not bill my insurance for new orthotics because, in their experience, insurance will not cover them. However, even after informing the staff that my insurance does cover them, usually even with the added fees they may have (which was my experience with my old orthotics at my previous podiatrist), they were still unwilling to give it a try. While their pricing model is respectable, and I understand it, the overall lack of face time with Dr. Burdge and the lack of interest in trying to work with my insurance was frustrating. Overall, I would recommend looking for someone who is more able to accommodate those with insurance.

I was asked to purchase overpriced items from his practice, one compression sock $30. Go on Amazon and buy a pair for less than $20.00. Also overpriced insoles which I could have purchased for about $10 at Walmart. During each visit, I paid my co-pay, and I paid for all the extras that the doctor requires not covered by insurance. Now I'm receiving a bill for a co-pay which I've called the office four times to explain why this co-pay is due. I'm receiving a bill four months after I was released from care and I have not received a call back to explain this. I will not be sent to collections for a $37 balance which I know I do not owe. Pain and xray correlate and this Doctor was way off. Wouldn't even listen to where I said the pain was. I am not a doctor, but a quick ChatGpt showed me where 2 possible fractures were...and where I said i had pain...was the area the original radiologist (not ER doctor) mistakenly reported. Had this doctor listened...80 bucks would not have been wasted. Will never go back and do not recommend.

The clinic looks spotless. The doc personally looks into your comfort before diving into your feet problems.
