I'm writing as her husband, who handled communication with the clinic after her condition worsened. My wife received care between April and August 2025. Following her adjustment, she developed alarming symptoms and went to the ER, where she underwent bloodwork, a CT scan, and IV treatment. Multiple medical professionals advised her to discontinue chiropractic treatment immediately. Andrew Smyth made statements suggesting that his treatment had affected blood flow to her brain and implied that, if not corrected by him, the situation could require brain surgery. These comments were deeply distressing and raised serious concerns about the appropriateness of his communication. This experience caused significant stress, expense, and ongoing health concerns for my wife. I'm sharing this information so others can make an informed decision before seeking care here.

With a history of multiple concussions, my x-rays not unsurprisingly showed my head was sitting twisted on my spine and my neck bones were compressed together, all of which have been compressing my brain stem and blocking my spinal fluid from flowing freely. For anyone this could cause systemic issues, but for someone suffering from Lyme disease which infects brain tissue and the nervous system, it is especially important that the body be structurally sound so that information can travel along the nervous system in a correct manner and detoxification of the infected brain be possible when killing off an infection that resides there.
