When buying the business, he helped to set up the LLC and helped with information needed for the sale even though we were living in another state by this time. Jesse was super helpful and made it very easy for me to understand. 2020- I moved once again and now to Texas. What we found to be disappointing was when we came in to pay and pick up our documents Jesse sat 10 feet from where we were standing and did not make an effort to say hello or thank us for our business. He was clearly available as he answered the admin assistants question she asked on behalf of us. The client care piece was clearly missing. The admin assistant was lovely to deal with.
