David E. Frazer defends tenants' rights in eviction proceedings, as well as in demolition, rent overcharge and Mitchell Lama certificates of eviction. He has particular expertise in representing loft tenants. He also has extensive experience litigating condo/coop cases. In his many years of practice, David has successfully represented hundreds of tenants in Housing Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and all appellate courts. He has taken cases all the way to the Court of Appeals.
David's practice also includes commercial litigation, real estate transactions, contract disputes, negotiation of commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of apartments, houses and commercial properties.

David has represented hundreds of clients in Housing Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and all appellate courts. He has taken cases all the way to the Court of Appeals, the highest court in the state. David also practices before administrative agencies where he represents tenants in all manner of cases, including Loft Law coverage, demolition, rent overcharge and certificates of eviction ["Mitchell-Lama"].
David also represents parties to a wide variety of commercial contract disputes, contractor litigation and general real estate matters, including the negotiation of commercial leases and the purchase and sale of apartments, houses and commercial properties.
In addition to his solo practice, David is of counsel to the tenant firm, Himmelstein McConnell Gribben Donoghue & Joseph.
