Both my husband and I have bought new vehicles since starting with Baker and nothing could have been easier. Jeff and Charmaine are efficient, kind and fun! The level of detail each of these service providers deliver ensures peace of mind that our needs are met and we have adequate coverage in our policies. Our most recent encounter with this team should be defined as nothing less than a 5 start review! On June 11th of 2016 like many other coon rapids residents our home was damaged by a large storm. Not knowing how much damage we had or where to start I called my team at Baker. I was assured an adjuster would come estimate the damage quickly and conveniently for my busy time line, and they were available for each step of the process, right down to helping our insurance company cut the final check for the contractor just last week. I cannot express how grateful I am to have Baker as my agency. I keep your cards in my purse and desk at work and recommend you to anyone who is in the market for an insurance review! Thank you!

Andy is the best and his team is amazing! Ben in particular has been very attentive to our needs. Thank you! I'll admit it: before switching from Progressive, I never realized how important it was to have a good insurance agent, and I never felt like my insurance had my back. Andy and his staff showed me that good insurance is like having a good defensive squad, and that protecting my assets is easy and money-saving. No one from Progressive ever asked me if I had life insurance, and no one ever really helped me understand how important it is to protect my family if something terrible happened, and I'm grateful that his staff helped me figure out what was right for my family. I will be referring friends and family!
