Jim and everyone at Quality Custom were amazing!!!…read more We only got one quote for our pool and it was from Jim. After talking with him, we knew that he was going to deliver a great product at a reasonable price and he sure didn't disappoint! Quality Custom does not sub contract any work. Everything is done in house so there is no waiting between the building phases for the pool. Jim is very involved in the entire process and his company sends out emails, almost daily telling you what to expect next, etc. in the building process. They started our pool April 3rd and we were filling it on June 26th, finishing ahead of schedule. Along with Jim, everyone on his team, including the workers are extremely nice and you can tell they love what they do. We had our pool guy come for the first time this past week and he told us that we have the Lamborghini of pool equipment (filters, pumps, etc.) He told us Jim does that because he doesn't have to spend more money on sub contractors for the pool so he gets top quality equipment. He also said he loves coming to a house that was done by Quality Custom because everything is so much easier for him from a maintenance perspective because the pool and equipment were put together so well. Overall, there's not enough stars I could give to Quality Custom Pools!! They were great from start to finish. If you're thinking about building a pool don't waste your time with anyone else!! P.S. We asked if Jim could come Back and put the stone and coping around our fire pit to match our pool. Without any hesitation he said absolutely and his guys came back to match our fire pit to our pool. Once again, it looks amazing and his guys did an amazing job!!!

I met Eugene Pook approximately 2 weeks ago today. My hubby Fernando was looking for someone to install Pavers in our Backyard. Eugene showed up on time for the Estimate, took measurements, explained how the outcome would be, the materials and price. We all agreed on the offer and Eugene and his crew showed the following Monday and earlier than the scheduled time. Eugene and his workers Andrew and Enrique got to work immediately. We had lots of questions and concerns about the work being done and Eugene was always on site to answer them and reassure us we would be extremely pleased with the finished work. We were soooooooooooo pleased with the work we asked Eugene to take on another project that would Beautify our yard that much more, agreed on the price and he took on that job also. The job is just about complete and we can't wait till all is done and we can add Decor.

I had a problem with the my other contractors part way through my shower remod so I needed to hire my own tile guy to finish the job. .. So I started calling to get quotes but no one would take the tile job... The problem is that the original shower waterproofing crew did an older style of waterproofing called " hot mop ". Well, none of the tile guys that I called knew how to tile over this kind of old style of waterproofing. Also they all said that the waterproofing guys had made some mistakes with the job and corrections would need to be made. I called so many places and finally found Juan who said he knows how to work with this older method of waterproofing and he was able to correct the mistakes of the waterproofing guys. I'm so grateful to have found him his work is so precise and he pays attention to detail and it shows! After the job was done I had more contractors at my house for another project and they were asking who did my tile because he did such beautiful work- (this is a huge compliment because usually contractors sh*t on other guys work if it's bad) He's very professional showed up on time every time he came and my tenants said he was a pleasure to have in the home because he's such a nice guy.

Hands down the owner Anthony and his crew were impeccable!…read more We had an excellent experience with Menifee Valley Landscape and Sprinklers. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to doing quality work. They took the time to understand what we wanted, provided thoughtful recommendations, and paid close attention to the details. The workmanship was excellent, and it was clear that they take pride in the work they do. They were dependable, respectful of our property, and made sure everything was completed properly rather than simply rushing through the job. Communication was also a major plus. They kept us informed throughout the process, answered our questions, and followed through on what they promised. That level of professionalism and reliability is hard to find. We are so impressed with the finish result that we are hiring them for the next phase of our landscaping project. Our property is only a year and a half new and when you buy a new home, the irrigation that comes with it is not dependable. Anthony made sure that our trees are now getting watered and the areas that do not need the water are turned off, so we do not have to be pulling weeds and wasting water unnecessarily. We are very pleased with the finished results and would absolutely recommend Menifee Valley Landscape and Sprinklers to anyone looking for a landscaping company they can trust. If you are looking for quality work, great communication, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, we highly recommend them! Thank you for caring about our home as much as we do!
