My daughter in law, who works in the dental field, suggested I see Dr. Ketron. She took her time with me, explaining all my options, and costs, up front and we decided that this was the best course of action for me. Couldn't be happier with the results! All of the staff were so helpful and caring, and everyone did their best to insure that I was comfortable with both the procedure and my aftercare. Dr. Ketron even called me at home, on a Sunday, to check on my progress! In my particular case, dentures were the best option and Dr. Ketron and her entire staff were the right choice for my care.

It's a little weird I know, butt one of my favorite things here is the amount of technology that they use to monitor and track the patients. Right by the dental chair, you can view a computer screen that shows your teeth, x-rays, stats, measurements, notes, and your horoscope (probably not but you get the idea). Seeing the health of your teeth so clearly would help to comfort even the most nervous patient. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you'll appreciate the services here!

Almost felt like they were working on you to score some up charges. -They referred me out to a surgeon, West Texas Oral, to get my wisdom teeth pulled. This surgeon doesn't work with insurance and I thought they were jerks with my experience with them. This kind of reflected on abbeyville in my opinion. They honestly didn't seem thrilled when I questioned their lack of insurance acceptance. -Wasn't too happy to still get a bill in the mail despite all the out of pocket and insurance expense already charged up front.

I am one that received a notice from the collection agency of an outstanding bill. When I said I never got one bill she said several bills went out and also... text messages went out. I offered to show her my phone showing I never got a text. When I offered to show her my phone she simply restated that notices were provided. I pride myself on paying my bills on time and have never been late on a payment much less reported to collections. I stopped going to them for two reasons: one they didn't bother to tell me my insurance didn't take them and then the dentist I saw never once looked at me. He looked at the dental assistant and talked to her only as if I wasn't there. He offered nothing except to disagree with the dental assistant's assessment. I left that office seriously disappointed. Now, my only advice to anyone who goes there is. Be sure to find out what your bill is for anything.. because their computer will say otherwise and you have nothing to go on. As a note.
