This has been hands down the worst experience with a glasses store in my life. Everything that has gone wrong has gone wrong.
First, they messed up the order on my glasses and ordered in the wrong frames, so I had to wait twice as long to get my original frames. After getting them, no one was able to fit them to me without them causing intense pain while wearing them. Ultimately, an employee suggested that I swap the frame for a pair she said would be easier to fit. I did so, but no one at this store seems able to fit glasses. I have having the same issue.
I don't think the people working have much experience fitting glasses or know very much. This is the first pair of glasses I've bought in the UK (I'm Canadian) and the level of knowledge and expertise in fitting here seems far below what I've experienced before.
I hope that they can finally find a way to fit my glasses properly. Selling glasses that don't cause intense pain to your customer seems like a low bar to clear, yet, here we are. read more
