The office staff is so friendly and efficient. There is at the time of this writing mask and distancing protocols, which I dearly appreciate. I really like Dr. Bernstein, too. He is very attentive and wants to get you better. His vast experience is an asset, and he is professional while also having compassion. Definitely keeping him as my ENT. His office is also very conveniently located off 190 in Enfield--a plus for this patient who usually has to travel far and wide for specialists!
