I input my info into a tablet and was called back after waiting maybe 15-20 mins. Beatrice brought me back to my exam room and asked for specific reasons for my visit. Wait times for visits exceeding 2 hours.  On more than one occasion I…read morehad to leave without being seen due to the excessive wait and my other obligations/appointments.  At my last visit I was actually seen by Dr. James.  While in the process of providing the above feedback when she asked how it was going, she cut me off mid sentence stating "hold on, I didn't go to medical school for this".  She then brought the office manager into the room who, along with the medical assistant, had to bear witness to her tantrum.   At one point I thought that perhaps she realized her behavior  because she softened her tone and admitted that the practice needed to greatly improve in the customer service area of patient care but she then doubled down and again repeated "I didn't go to a top rated medical school for this".  To say I was appalled is an understatement.  Practicing medicine involves way more than prescribing medications; perhaps Dr. James was absent during that lecture while attending her "top rated medical school".  While it's lovely that Dr. James is so impressed with herself and her accomplishments but  that type of grandstanding is best served in her staff meetings or during her daily affirmations in the bathroom mirror, NOT to a patient who is there to seek medical care.  Patients go to providers to seek help for their medical conditions which is often a very stressful and vulnerable time.  Patients do not deserve to be subjected to such disrespectful and boorish behavior ESPECIALLY when the disorganization and inattentiveness is a direct result of that provider's poor business model.  Along with fixing her lofty attitude Dr. James may want to instruct the support staff to inform patients when they are making appointments that wait times often will exceed 90 minutes. It's called managing expectations so that the patients can plan accordingly or decide if the practice is the right fit for them.  As for the office staff: The receptionists, medical assistants and most importantly the office manager were beyond amazing.  Unfortunately that does not compensate for the disgusting behaviour of Robyn James, MD.

From the moment you walk in, Sara greets you with the biggest smile. Brooke is just as genuine and helpful! The ladies at the front are helpful, kind and prompt. I feel special coming into the office, which is saying something because my skin scares me! Erin Brimhall is truly one of a kind. She doesn't not take my worries and brush them off. She biopsies the spots I don't like as well as which ones she doesn't like. She tracks concerning ones and monitors them which gives me peace. She has removed atypical spots and found in situ melanoma. I have continued seeing her every three months for skin checks and it allows me some comfort in knowing she is doing to the hard part while I protect my skin. Dr. Harrington has done two excisions for me. One, Mohs surgery with clean boundaries and only one pass through for removal. He completed an excision today for an atypical mole that we didn't want to keep around. I cannot speak more highly of his bedside manner and care in completing the excision for me. Naomi was so great helping him, making me feel comfortable and distracting me while I talked the ENTIRE TIME! Some of things that I love about this place are that the services provided are listed on their website in detail WITH pricing disclosed next to each service. I hate having to call a place to find out how much and wait for someone to get back to me. Having it like this allowed me to read what they offer at my convivence and call and book the service easily. The lasers they offer are good, but I do still travel to VA for Halo or Morpheous treatments, and hydro facials I would like to see more lasers and facial services offered here but overall what they do offer is good. I see Kelly for these treatments and I have for years. It feels good to develop a long term relationship with someone that is growing with me and understands my skin because she knows it. Kelly has helped me come up with long term treatment plans and is always available on time for her appointments, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend Kelly. I get my Dysport and fillers here, Yhamira does my injections and we have only seen eavh other a few times so far I have found her to be skilled with her techniques and I always look great when she's done. Very friendly and I appreciate the attention she gives to her follow ups, I do not get that at any other places I go Kita, at the front desk is always so happy and friendly and usually knows who I am before I say my name. She gets me scheduled quickly and has always been able to find a way to get me in on the the drop of a dime when I may need an appointment quickly. She also makes sure that I get my appointment reminders which is great service. I just started doing IV therapy here, so far one session. I LOVE IT!!! Will be going back for regular treatments. My skin looked great and I felt so much energy over the next several days. Overall this place is 5 stars all the way. Chic office environment, highly competent staff, ALWAYS friendly, NEVER late, quick to answer questions, a real person ALWAYS answers the phone, close and reliable.
