The surgery co-ordinators, Tiffany and Ken were very friendly and efficient. The staff at the surgery center were very kind , making sure I was warm and comfortable. There was no pain during the surgery, later at home my discomfort was manageable with simple Tylenol. At Dr Lam's office you will encounter Carmine at the front desk( take her a Hello Kitty trinket) and Ariel will check your eyes before Dr Lam sees you. Both of these women are delightful and like their jobs. Dr Lam gave me 20/20 vision . He listens to you , he smiles when he speaks to you , he addresses every concern no matter how ridiculous they sound. I highly recommend Dr Lam and his entire staff. Don't be afraid, get the cataracts surgery, you are missing out on so much with bad eye sight.

I find the staff to be respectful and courteous. We have seen Dr. Wallshein and Dr. Beck who were both very thorough with the eye exams. My father had a slight glaucoma and was told the situation would be monitored but nothing to do yet. I am diabetic and both doctors really checked for blood clots, etc. Very nice doctors!! Always willing to help. My husband got progressives for the first time ever and he loved them. The insurance covered this pair and we wanted to order him another. It was over $500 for us to pay for it. I told them we had a relative in the business and asked if she would give us the distance between the pupils and not only did she do that, she even marked the distance on the top to bottom for us to get them made from another place. Thats how you keep business coming back. We will always go here. I had an issue with my glasses and I brought them in and they are remaking them right now. There was a hiccup with my appt to get the glasses remade, but they were so apologetic and friendly it was OK. A simple mistake. Great team here

Everyone needs to know their benefits for their insurance before going to this place they are trying to extort more money than they should be. Insurance fraud.
