I had been having stomach pain, off and on, for the last 3-4 years that was progressively getting worse. Despite undergoing numerous tests and procedures, other doctors could not determine the problem. Dr. Finnegan really listened to me, reviewed everything that had been done, really honed in on the problem, and came up with a plan. He figured it out and resolved the issue. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were superb. After 3-4 years of progressively worsening abdominal pain, it is now absolutely gone. No pain at all. If I could give Dr. Finnegan 10 stars, I would! A measly 5 stars is not enough for everything he did. Thank you Dr. Finnegan and the professionals at Associated Endoscopy! I appreciate you all!

As a busy single Mother my time is tightly managed and important to me. At 4pm when I got to my phone for the call I saw that I had already missed a call from a nurse there named Weston at 3:55pm - as If I was supposed to be available to him earlier than our scheduled call. He left no instruction on how to easily get ahold of him, no extension number or direction other than to call the main line - so after a series of calling and hitting the wrong number and being directed to the wrong place, and then being on hold for 5 minutes, at 4:08pm I was able to speak to someone who then informed me that Weston had cancelled my appointment. I then left a message and he never responded. The following day when I called to reschedule said call with another nurse, I was put on a brief hold and then hung up on, and no one called me back. Having lost a friend to colon cancer recently, I cannot imagine ever putting my trust or life, or being knocked out in a facility under the care of these rude and absolutely unprofessional people. It's quite frankly gross.

I want to start off by saying that I liked the doctor that did my consult. That being said, the…read moreoffice staff here is very non-caring. I started getting phone calls two weeks before my procedure and wasn't able to answer because I am at work, and someone would leave a message for me to call back. When I did, none of the options are to speak with anyone. When I finally did get ahold of someone she told me that she didn't call me and transferred right back to the original nonhelpful message board. A week before my procedure I received another voicemail asking me to call back to go over my medical history, and again was left with the nonhelpful message board. I finally got ahold of a lady which I believe was the same as before telling me " I didn't call you and kept asking who called me. Since they didn't leave a name when they left the voicemail I couldn't tell her. I'm not sure about everyone else, but when I need to have a medical procedure done, I want to feel good about the people entering my personal information, and my medical history. Because of no one trying to help me, or maybe putting me on hold to find out who called me, they kept transferring me back to the message board. I cancelled my appointment with this location, even though I'm having an issue that needs to be resolved. When I called and finally talked with someone to cancel, she was noncaring and acted like I was bothering her. I would not recommend this office to anyone that wants and deserves respect when going to a doctors office whose whole job is to HELP patients and not make them feel like they are the problem.

They could care less about professionalism or inconveniencing patients. One time they called me a day before a procedure and asked if I could move my time up earlier in the day because the doctor didn't want to have to wait around between appointments. I told the lady I would try to get there at the new time but couldn't promise that I might not be a bit late. She said oh no problem at all, just call if you're running late. As it happened, I was running late, called and said I would be 15 minutes late because it turned out I had to pick up my kid early from school to take him with me otherwise there would be no-one to get him. They said sorry, no can do, we'll have to reschedule you. To which I said I really can't, my insurance its about to expire next week and when I get on new insurance, your office won't be covered, and I moved this appointment time to accommodate YOU. She said the doctor said she couldn't wait 15 extra minutes because she had another appointment after mine. I pleaded with her, explained I'd already picked up my kid from school and was on my way down, please do the right thing and make room for me. She said hold on I'll ask her again, then came back and said "she says sorry, she can't, she's done with all her appointments and is leaving". Lied straight to my face! She's leaving or she has another appointment right after mine?! I had to find a new place and wait 3 months to get the procedure done. A previous time they scheduled an followup phone appt with me, told me to expect a text or email the day of to confirm...no text/email came, I called an hour ahead to make sure it was still on. "Oh yes, we have you down". The time came and went, no call, I gave it the 15 minutes the appt was supposed to last and then gave up on them, started work with a client, then the guy calls when I can't talk. I said there's absolutely now way I can have a proper doctor/patient phone appt for another 10-15 mins, I was waiting and you never called. The second I could call back I did and they say sorry, we'll have to reschedule you, next opening is in *6 weeks*. I said I just need 5 minutes on the phone with the guy to tell him I'm still having symptoms and what's the next step, please ha. They wouldn't budge. Total amateur hour. Above mentioned procedure almost $1000 more at new place w/ new insurance but worth it not to have to deal with these people.

Absolutely ridiculous! Their "procedure" was not even what was needed, having gallbladder pains and they wanted to do a colonoscopy (which was done) then wanted to do a $500 endoscopy which would not even diagnose a gallbladder issues... so basically if you want to waste your time and money and still not know what's wrong with you, go see them.

They…read moreclearly don't have a good process for having exam rooms ready, computer systems turned on, and generally dealing with patients. They do not seem open to natural methods so if that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. Some of my other gripes: - When I was called back, the guy who called me never told he his name. He had no nametag so I had no idea what his name was or what his title was either (Nurse, NP, etc) - I filled out a bunch of papers before my visit, but when back in the exam room, the guy asked me all the same questions over again. I guess he didn't read it or it was never entered into the system? Seemingly a waste of time. - He also never really looked at me. He just sat with his back to me, typing on the computer the entire time he was in the room with me. - I was taken back to 3 different rooms while the guy fumbled to get the computers turned on. He let me sit there for a good 5-10 minutes in the first room before giving up and moving on to the second room. We finally landed in the third room.....which smelled like cigarettes. - The doctor that saw me told me nothing I didn't already know, and his solution was to put me on medication. When I mentioned that I wanted to go a natural route, he basically said that it hasn't worked so far so it's time for medicine. Um, no thanks. I could probably go on but I think this gives you an idea of what type of place this is.
