Calls and messages go unanswered for long periods of time, if they are returned at all. When you are dealing with your health, waiting days (or longer) for a response is unacceptable and frankly alarming. Patients deserve timely follow-up, guidance on lab results, and answers to medical questions. That level of care was simply not there. In addition, my experience with the nurse who drew my blood was very negative. She was rude and did not appear confident or skilled in performing the blood draw. Unfortunately, my concerns proved valid, she used the wrong tubes, which resulted in most of my lab work being canceled. This created unnecessary stress, delayed my care, and forced me to repeat labs that should have been done correctly the first time. Overall, I left feeling that the clinic is far more focused on collecting payment than on providing quality patient care. It is honestly concerning that they are able to treat patients privately without insurance given the level of service I experienced. Between the doctor's failure to return calls and the clinical errors with my lab work, this has been the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking attentive, professional, and patient-centered care.

I didn't think it was a big deal at first, that maybe, they just needed some updated information, but then they told me that she is also not accepting new patients. Such a disappointment to lose all those years of building a relationship with my provider and getting no notice.
