My son was comfortable from the start, they talked him through what they were doing at all times and then we looked at the x-rays together to discuss treatment going forward. My son is going back for his treatment today (didn't have to wait long at all!) and I have every confidence that all will work out well. On a personal level I totally appreciated being able and encouraged to ask all questions to put my mind at ease.
