I went there today for a pedicure. No one was waiting. This was my first and last trip. I was treated like a 2nd class citizen, the guy wasn't friendly and acted as if he was bothered by my needing a service. My pedicure consisted of soaking in extremely hot water , trimming of nails, scrubbing, one swipe of lotion up and down both legs, a hot towel for approximately 15 seconds. My nails are uneven and were cut extremely short. this pedicure was $35 and lasted for about 22 minutes. My profession is a hair salon owner for over 30 years, cosmetology instructor for 10+ years. I'm unsure if HE was licensed and if he is he shouldn't be. pedicures are a luxury for me, as I have a full schedule most of the time, I'm so disappointed. A total FAIL read more

I will take my time and make very clear that everyone reading this review understands that Da-Vi Nails is NOT the place to go. I hate to click on 1 star, when they don't even deserve 1. Today was my first time in this place, and the LAST ONE, too. The "gentleman" (I believe is the owner) that did my pedicure did a horrible job. At the beginning of my appointment and while my feet were soaking in warm water, I mentioned that "the best part of a pedicure is the massage". I ALWAYS say this, so I may get good massages! and it is my pleasure to tip even $20 if I love the massage!! Well... No massage! NO- NADA-ZERO massage!! I mean NO MASSAGE. Period. I did not say nothing. The french on my toes is so thick, it seems that my 5 year old niece did it. After this "beh..." mediocre pedicure, I went to the table to get my nails done. I asked for short-coffin style french acrylic. He did them all crocked! The tips he glued, were TOO wide for each finger! My fingers look funny and ugly! They looked so uneven...! AAAAAaaaaand he was shaking ALL THE TIME! His hands would NOT stop shaking! and to be able to "hide" this condition, he had to squeeze my hands more and more! It is a horrible le feeling!! At the same time, go figure.... I kept on telling him to fix here, to fix there... finally, I asked him for the filler to do it myself AND HE GAVE IT TO ME!! He crossed his arms and was just staring at me! I asked him since how long has he been doing this job, (because he didn't look professional at all!) He answered: 20 years. I kept on filling my nails the best possible way, trying to make them straight! He took over and kept going, until I HAD to bring to his attention that he was doing it crocked again! He stopped, got up, and started raising his voice at me saying: "You do your nails the way you want, I do them the way I WANT". I could not believe it!! He would not accept that he was shaping my nails so badly!! He refused to finish the work! I had to threaten him with calling security to make him finish the work. He was very unprofessional and his behavior out of control, while I kept myself calm, polite and always a lady. With a horrible attitude and constantly shaking none stop!! he finally finished the job. He charged me $80 ($40 for my pedicure with NO massage and $40 for short acrylic crocked uneven weird looking set with gel on top. At the end I clearly told him: "You, my friend, are in the wrong business. You should not be doing this. You have no patience, your customer service is the worse I've ever experienced, you can't control yourself or your voice tone, and you can't even stop shaking for crying out loud. The last words I uttered right before I left the store, were the exact same that I repeat once more: "You, Mr. whatever your name is, should be ashamed of yourself and the way you treat your customers." I went and got my nails done. The owner did a terrible job and when I called the next day and asked for a refund he told me no he. He told me no because he used his electrical equipment. I work in a hair salon and with the tips having that space in between, water could get in there and mold could form with moisture just sitting in there. Wished I could give less than 1 star. Took daughter to get nails done and she wanted coffin shape. They look so bad and the man did not even offer to fix them or redo so that we left happy. I would of left without paying if it were me but she said she was paying. He kept on saying they look like that because her hands were small BULL****!!! She had them done like that before from another place and they were so pretty. They are all different lengths and shapes and are cut down to almost nothing. Lesson learned will never go back to this salon EVER AGAIN!! $40.00 down the drain!!!! read more

My last two sets of nails have been applied at Davi and both have completely separated from my natural nails. The acrylic of my most recent set was applied over my cuticles forcing me to wait an extra two weeks to get a fill in. Nice enough people but the application was incredibly rushed and looked and unfortunately looked "half ass". Speaking as someone whom works in a medical setting daily my nails look a little undone and less polished. I won't be returning. read more

Wish I could write a review with less than zero stars. Horrible service bad attitudes and the most expensive place ever. $95 for a pedicure that lasted 5 minutes and a gel set that looks like a 6 yr old did. They didn't even prepare or trim my nails before applying gel. Only a rough filing. I had something under my nail and asked if they could clean it out and was told to just use a hand brush when I got home. Unbelievable. read more

The girls there are fabulous but the man is HORRIBLE. I've had him one other time and made my nails look bad. I went back the other day and got him and thought of giving him another shot. Boy was I wrong. I spent $20 on gel and they are already peeling. My nails are not even painted on the sides. He did not take his time and cared more about the other customers. What part of my nail that is painted, there are lines and nail polish that is not even on my nail but my finger. If you go request one of the girls they do an excellent job and lasts MUCH longer. read more
