He did most of the work on our…read moresmall area of hardwood and our contractor told us that Jeff needed to come back to do a "final out the door" additional coat of stain to cover the scratches from construction and also to cover an area that was considerably lighter in stain color than the rest of the bedroom floor that looked like an obvious stripe down the middle of the floor. Jeff wouldn't return my phone calls or texts. He had been paid in full. We had to get someone else to finish the floor. IMO unresponsive and unreliable.

Now we are expanding! Of course, I called to arrange for yet another installation of new floor covering. Will follow up with another review when it is finished. Nothing but the best!
