Although their food is very tasty, it isn't the healthiest as it's full of heavy sauces and has MSG in it. But if you're in a hurry and just want some delicious Chinese food without all the frills, then this place is your bet! I've eaten here a handful of times. The food: Excellent! Very good tasting and a great experience. I'm always full when I leave and I've never been able to finish a plate yet. It's also extremely cheap too! I got a meal with starter for under a tenner, crazy prices. Decor: it's 'ok' inside, they're never going to win a design award but I don't think that they really want to either... Their focus seems to be on good tasting food at a good price - and that's fine by me. The only slight criticism I have which stopped me from giving 5 stars is that they use MSG in some of their sauces which gives me massive headaches and insomnia. A LOT of Chinese restaurants do this these days which is strange because in California, this is a complete no go situation. But it's seems to be the norm here in the UK unfortunately. Overall though, I can't fault this place, they're great and we really like them - great restaurant and great people :)
