It included color sealing a tiled kitchen counter with extremely stained grout that could not be cleaned. Also color sealing three floors and two tiled bay windows. Everything is completely transformed. It's early days, but even the countertop has been easy to maintain despite the insults of a busy kitchen. We had one glitch. The technician applied samples of several colors to each part of the job. The one I picked for one of the floors looked very unattractive to me once it was applied to the entire floor. It wasn't Sir Grout's fault, but Chris worked with me to find a very fair solution. By the time the technician left the floor looked great. I also showed Chris a fully tiled bathroom. Aside from the floor, which we did color seal, Chris recommended skipping that room since it is in such good shape and showers can get expensive. It is refreshing to find a company that does not oversell. I think that Chris takes a very long term view of his company and values loyal customers over short term revenue. So I can highly recommend Sir Grout!

They did a poor job cleaning the bathrooms, mirrors were streaky, missed a lot of areas including some dried plaster dust on the sink counters, etc. The grout looks better, but not as I expected. It seemed like the 2 young kids that were sent to do the job were inexperienced. I had to tell them to be careful not to scratch walls and furniture. I will say that they were friendly and courteous but it felt like it was one of their first jobs like this. I was disappointed, especially at the price that was charged.

My husband and I even considered purchasing a new couch because we just couldn't take it anymore because our puppy had made an accident right on the couch. It was not pretty. Red Carpet came and cleaned and you couldn't even tell that my dog had done that. I believe Joe came to clean it and he was amicable and professional. And he also made quite good friends with our crazy dogs who were the reason for this cleaning in the first place. Our couch smells and looks brand new. So glad we didn't have to buy a new couch. Jason was mindful of the fact that we were still unsure of which company we were going to go with to install our floor tiles and he was respectful of that.
