The first couple times I went there Pete was a nice guy to ME. Haircut was ok...definitely better than the NEX. The last time I was getting a haircut my daughters walked in like 15min after me and took a seat while I was getting my haircut. Pete was looking at them like he had a problem that they walked in. He says to them with an attitude..."Can I help you with something?" I thought he was joking and he asked again "Is there a reason you are sitting in my barber shop? I was like...dude there with me. He apologized and the awkward situation was over. A couple weeks later I call to set up an appointment for my 4 year old son to get his haircut the day before his first day of school. I took my son in to get his haircut by Pete before and there was no problem at all. So my wife brings him to the appointment this time. She tells me from the start that Pete had no customer service. He is talking to a male customer extremely nice and turns over to my wife with an attitude and ask do you even have an appointment. No hello or how may I help you...nothing. When she says yes he tells her he has to confirm in his appointment book. (Like really dude...why would she be lying). She tells him I called earlier and made an appointment for him. Anyways, while my son was getting his "haircut" he shrugged his shoulder because the clippers tickled his neck. Within two minutes of getting his haircut Pete threw down his clippers and told my wife.... "IM DONE!THIS KID IS OUT OF CONTROL!" My wife and kids said my son barely moved and Pete just said screw it I'm done cutting his hair. My wife told him "you didn't even tell him not to move or give me the chance to tell him not to move his shoulders." She told me he had the nastiest attitude towards her and kept telling her my son is out of control and he isn't going to finish. They went back and forth arguing and she addressed his terrible customer service. He replied "If I finish his hair I'll cut him!!" She was completely shocked how much disrespect and unprofessionalism she encountered with him. Even if my son was completely "out of control" (which he wasn't)....HES 4 YEARS OLD!!!! There is a way to go about talking to people. If my son was that bad he could have told my wife...ma'am if he doesn't stop moving I can't finish....something. I feel from the beginning he just didn't want to do his hair. I don't know what this guys problem is with women and children!!! I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what. IF YOU HAVE A CHILD THAT MOVES THE SLIGHTEST INCH DO NOT TAKE HIM TO THIS PLACE!!!! When I saw how my son looked when I got home....it took every ounce of me not to drive up there with some clippers of my own and do to him what he did to my son! Again, I'll like to reiterate that my son has gotten his hair cut by Pete from start to finish with no issue at all when I was there. I guess he just likes to bully women and kids when there isn't a male figure around or when he thinks there isn't a male figure around. Took him down the street to Bridgette's barber shop and it was a complete 180. They were also shocked to see how my sons hair was left. They were great with my son and made him feel comfortable after what he just went through. His hair came out great!

My son is 12 and this is by far the BEST cut he has ever had. It was easy to make an appointment , and while my daughter and I where waiting for my son to get done, Victoria , who also works there, offered to cut my daughters hair when I mentioned I need to find someone to cut her hair too. Just amazing! She was so sweet with my daughter ( who is not a fan of having her hair cut) but after we left my daughter said how nice she was. This will be our new hair place!
