I received a cold call from a realtor called Nikki. Like with many cold calls from realtors I hung up the phone. This person then proceeded to write me a text, "Hi this is Nikki we just spoke on the phone before you hung up in my ear. If you are not in the market please just say so next time instead of being so rude. Thank you and have a great day." Oh i'm sorry Nikki, my dog just died and I don't feel like talking just now. What a horrible experience! I am in the market for a home too and will NEVER use this company after this dreadful call. read more

Have been having issues with agent for the past 3 months including having to micro-manage contracts for correctness, managing homes in MLS as the agent is not (we've been receiving tons of 55+ communities and are not 55+), finding out about houses we offered on going under contract on our own, being confirmed for incorrect times, not receiving any guidance as first time buyers on offers except for comps that I could find better/more similar ones of in Zillow on my own, etc. Reached out to Dave Jones & agent directly to terminate contract as agent is not holding up their end & have been ghosted by Dave after 2 replies. Having "contract can be discharged at any time" in the contract is an absolute lie if you're just going to not respond to anyone who attempts to discharge it, and I'm not sure why they would want to continue working with someone who has told them explicitly they do not want to work with you. I would give 0 stars if I could for the complete lack of help we've received over the last few months from the agent and from Dave Jones. read more

Brian Cyr called us just now after we reached out thru Zillow. We don't know Brian and he wasn't interested in showing us the property we called on. In fact he told us it was not available to be shown. Problem is the place is empty. Brian was rude and hung up after I asked a question or two, which he didn't feel he should have to answer. Long story short, Brian wasted our time - now to steer other away from Brian, I have to write this review in the hopes it gets published. - Anyway, I took a shot even though its a holiday, and called the listing agent, who actually turned out to be the owner of the company. He answered his cell on the second ring and told me the property "is very much available, and could be seen this afternoon." So, the question for Brain Cyr, is why is lie? Thinking its perhaps just better to avoid Brian due to his misrepresentation of facts. read more

Was trying to buy a house "VIA" short sale and dave jones dropped the ball. We put a full price offer in after 3 weeks we heard nothing from him, no updates or anything had to chase him down for answers and when we did get answers he just flat out lied to us. Now jump ahead 4 months was told the house now has leans on it and was going into forcloseer and was very unlikely we would get it. then turns around put the house back on the market and has the nerve to say to us that someone put an offer in a month ago, did the inspection and walked away, then ask us if we still wanted it. Very disappointed with him that he just back doored us like that and felt like he never submitted are offer and deposit and lied the entire time...... :( read more
