I…read moredropped my car off at 8.30am ready for a handbook service and was told they would call me at 12pm when it's read. Come 12.15pm I'd still heard nothing, eventually I got a phone call from them where they told me they were closing, I'd need to pay over the phone and they would leave my key on the tyre. When I came to pick up my car, sure enough my key was sitting on my tyre in clear view. Not to mention, weeks later I found they never put coolant in my car. Their head office is rude, so don't bother trying to resolve your issues with them. Unbelievable. Charge a premium price and don't fulfil it.
