The good- - He's incredibly professional and great to work with. - Glenn knows what he's doing. You don't realize how important a DJ is until you see a crappy one. We spent so much on making every part of our wedding perfect, we'd hate for the entertainment (which most people remember above everything else) to not be excellent. - He is very organized. He sent us to a customized page to pick our must-haves, don't plays and select songs that fit our taste. This ensured no baby-got-back or chicken dance.... not that he would play those but you get the idea. (If that's your thing, I'm sure he has it) - He's fun. You'll actually enjoy working with him. - He's organized. We had a "day of coordinator" but we could have had her go home once the reception started because of how much he took care of. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when.... there was no searching for Dad for his speech. The bad- - He's a little pricey but on par with any experienced DJ. - That' all I can think of but one item does not constitute a list. We'd pick him again in a heartbeat. Glenn is awesome.

I was engaged for more than a year and a half, so I had plenty of time to plan (and procrastinate!). Glenn was one of the very first vendors I booked, and it was a great decision. He was very personable, with none of the DJ cheese I was worried about.. In addition to our first meeting, he sat down with my husband and I to go over everything prior to the wedding and get an idea of our preferences. We requested this crazy dance-off between pairs of bridesmaids and groomsmen, which had the potential to be super awkward if not done right. He did such a good job with it, it was one of my very favorite memories from the whole day. I also loved that they set up an online song preference list. For months leading up to the wedding, we could go online and add song requests and "don't even think about it" playlists. My bridesmaids and I had a lot of fun coming up with songs that would get our group dancing, and I felt better knowing there would be no chance of Celebrate or We Are Family happening. We danced all night!

They have a passion for their business like no other and really care about the people. I felt heard and listened to the whole time. I cant even begin to explain how much of a lifesaver Cindy and Ashish were to me. I came to them 3 weeks before my wedding completely vulnerable and powerless. I had just about given up on getting the wedding of my dreams. Cindy immediately reassured me over and over that it was going to be okay. Even though I was a short notice inquiry, they fit me in their schedule and worked overtime (on their day off) to help me and create a vision for my wedding. They provided decor for both my reception and ceremony, lighting, dance floor and floral. I mean just completely gave me a wedding of a lifetime in only 3 weeks. I'm forever grateful for them. If you don't have at least $10,000 to spend with them, they don't care about you. We spent time going through the showroom with Cindy, meeting her at a storage facility because her space got flooded (not sure I believe that), and spent countless hours texting back-and-forth regarding what our expectation was and what we paid for. Come the day of our wedding, and what they deliver is not at all what we agreed upon. Well, it's our wedding, so what are we supposed to do but make the best of it in the moment? We reach out to Cindy the next day and ask to discuss the misses. She pushes us off until next week, because she is working on another wedding. Nice of her to show up to someone else's wedding but not ours. I guess we didn't pay her enough for her appearance fee. We get on the phone with Cindy the next week and explain to her all of the things that were done incorrectly (wrong arch, pipe cleaners exposed, poles and bases exposed, no one checks in/out with us at the venue, etc.). Cindy proceeds to tell us that we are misremembering all of the conversations that we had and that we should have contacted her when we noticed something was wrong. On our wedding day, this lady wants us to call her. Excuse me. What a joke. We're supposed to stop walking down the aisle to call her and say her work is subpar. Absolutely zero accountability from someone that got paid to provide a service. Save yourself the time, effort, headache, and lies. Work with someone else. Cindy and her husband are only in it for your money. They don't care about you.
