Broderick is an absolute pleasure to work with and all the staff are friendly and often go over-and-above the call of duty. I've used them dozens of times and never been disappointed. Just today I went and picked up a laminated plaque and a t-shirt, they had done some work on the plaque to improve it free of charge and even gave me a discount on the shirt. Once again, I was so delighted and amazed at the service and price. I will never go anywhere else and consistently recommend this place whenever someone asks for a service them provide. Give them a try and you will NOT be disappointed!

The amount of…read moreattention we receive, and the fact that they really listen to my wants and needs, makes all the difference. They really show due diligence in understanding our market and who we are and what we do. It wasn't just about selling us a service, it was more about understanding our vision and our needs and taking this insight to create a strategic approach that made sense, was timely and most importantly, it was affordable. Unlike other marketing firms who's first question to me was "what's my budget", ZOO instead focused on what I wanted to accomplish - I was immediately comfortable with their style and approach. I always thought I knew the best avenues to market my company, but ZOO showed me ways to reach a much larger audience. Overall, we are completely satisfied with ZOO and all our strategic goals have been fulfilled. We continue to receive kudos from clients and industry professionals on our new brand look and feel. When my current clients congratulate me on my decision to work with ZOO Media, that means a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend ZOO Media Group's marketing services to another organization and in fact, I already have.
