Walking past my tire I see a big ole screw jutting out and the air pressure is low according to me sensor - wonderful. Having had some negative experiences with the local tire shops who all want to sell you a new tire instead of a relatively cheap repair, I popped online for a search to see what the alternatives were and Perry Mobile Tire Service popped up. All the reviews looked promising so I gave them a call - James answered, we had a quick chat and he said he would be by in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later that truck pulled up and we had a good conversation as he proceeded to repair my tire while the car was in my driveway- what more could you ask for? They wanted to sell me an engine, in order to warranty any work for that job. The mechanic Tom at T& R did it, though. Successfully, in one days time. No new engine needed. I drove that vehicle for another four or five years before I sold it, and I never had a bit of trouble with any of the work they did. Starting off I'm not saying that Firestone is horrible, it's the people who run it. Everything has gone south, the workers don't care about their jobs as much as they used to. When John was there they would always look for the best possible deals every time, they don't even make an effort to help out the customers anymore. I recently went to try to get an oil change, I made an appointment in advanced brought in my car alittle earlier then scheduled but there was this rude employee, I can't recall his name but he is a light-skinned gentlemen with an earring. He told me there was no way they could do my oil change today because there was 1 tech and I had an appointment ahead of me, two females walk in right after and with no appointment request's an oil change he gladly takes their keys and starts the work order on their cars. which I find to be rude considering he told me the complete opposite. I used to be all for Firestone considering it was always there for our cars but after this fiasco there's no way I will bring my car back. Bring John back with a bigger raise, Fort Pierce needs him more than Vero Beach
