He advised me to stop by the next time I went to Pensacola. It took a while to remember that offer but I finally dropped by again and BOY, did they do me right! They cleaned my automobile in spectacular fashion. Adam was actually there and helped. They got the roof, inside, wheel wells......I mean, my car was shining and it had way more dirt and dust on it than the initial visit. And they did all of it for free. They really went above and beyond to rectify things from the first time. If I decide to get my car washed in Pensacola, I'm coming here. I appreciate all y'all did, Adam!

The wash was just through a hands free drive thru and obviously wasn't going to get everything but there were a lot of spots, bird poop, tar, and leaves in the window crack. There was also white liquid stuck to the side of all of my doors, like it wasn't wiped in properly. They left a towel on one of the floor mats and a bottle of liquid in the backseat. Part of the backseat wasn't vacuumed at all it looks like or shampooed. Wasn't very good service for $150. Could've done better myself for $10. Should've checked it over more at the place and complained.

The car in front of me stopped in the middle of the wash tunnel, yet the conveyor chain drive continued to pull my vehicle, slamming me into her rear bumper. The assistant manager on duty told me to get an estimate and Caliber Car Wash would pay for the damages. It was the car wash's responsibility to turn off the conveyor chain drive when a car is stalled, yet when I returned with an estimate for the damage, the manager reneged on their promise and told me to sue the individual in the stalled car. I took my Toyota Sequoia, and the total came out to about $34 with tax, which isn't bad considering today's prices. The staff was friendly and provided good service. It took around 30 minutes from start to finish on a day that wasn't too busy. The car looked clean overall, but they did miss a few noticeable spots, especially some sand from the beach that should've been easy to catch while vacuuming. Aside from that, the wash was solid, just not exceptional. It's one of those places where you'll get a decent clean for a fair price, but not top-of-the-line results. I'd come back again for the convenience.
