He told us the job would take about two hours, and sure enough--in and out in two hours on the dot. The man runs a tighter schedule than a drill instructor with a stopwatch. The building itself is impressively clean, and Vic carries that same standard into your car. He's professional, straightforward, and explains the window curing process clearly without making it complicated. All while providing such a great service at an affordable price. When he's done, your car comes out spotless--like "did he replace my interior?" spotless. Vic consistently goes above and beyond to make sure his customers feel taken care of and leave fully satisfied. Premier Tint & Detail is definitely the place to go if you want great work done by someone who truly takes pride in what he does.

They kept me updated on the status along the way, so that was cool. My vehicle was clean and it appears (so far) that it was done right. Only time will tell. On the way home, the rain flew off and the ceramic pro seemed to be working really well. The shop also offers Xpel PPF and would highly recommend it if you can afford it. Oh and they are pro Military and first responder, so thats a plus. All in all, I would recommend giving them a try. I will hopefully remember to do a follow up review from my 1 year anniversary warranty checkup.

The events leading me to the need for repairs were upsetting and facing the inconvenience of being without my car was a bit frustrating. However, once Cheryl, the office manager, explained everything to me, things got much better. Clearly, she was an expert. She was amazingly reassuring and told me: "relax; I'll handle everything." And she did. Cheryl gives Professional Collision Center that extra personal touch that makes all the difference between a good experience and a great experience. The work was beautifully done, and completed within the time frame originally proposed. The car looked like it did when I drove it from the dealership 2 years ago. They made the entire experience a positive one. I will definitely return if ever I need auto body work performed. In my opinion, they are top notch.

I believe I originally found them on Craig's List and never had to search for anyone else to detail my cars, as they have done, consistently, a fantastic job each and every time. I'm honestly surprised there are not reviews on Yelp for their business. They started this business in Vegas and continued when they moved to Pensacola several years ago. I've always gotten the silver detail, which is a full detail, but Chris has also gotten stickers off my car, buffed out scratches, and cleaned the engine with no upcharges. In return, I've always tipped them well and more recently, have just started to throw extra $$ their way. I should mention, they bring their own cleaning supplies, water, and generator to your location (it's always been at my home). When you compare their services to other detailing companies (as a comparison, other companies I've used in other cities and basic car washes here in town), I feel their work is far superior and their prices are fair. They show up on time, are extremely personable and friendly, and they work really really hard. Many times, it was in the hot, humid sun too. Sadly, since I am military, I'm moving in a few days and won't be able to use their services anymore, but jokingly, we offered to fly them to Vegas to do our cars again in a few months and told them they should move back. :) Aside from yelp, I noticed they have two five star reviews elsewhere online, so check those out too!

(I asked for interior detailing only.) Drake was able to take credit card payment through an app on his phone (great, since I never have cash on me!). I found Drake to be extremely trustworthy and thorough. Thanks for a great experience!
