They were incredibly polite, professional, experienced and genuinely cared about the overall well-being of the tree and our satisfaction. We couldn't be any happier with our experience with Greg and are thankful to have a go-to for any future needs. All I can say us don't take people at their word. Get it in writing. My neighbor hired him to do the job. Around $14000. Apparently he passed it off to a sub. From what a lawyer told me he is responsible for his subs. If you can find a good address to serve him with a lawsuit that is. I wouldn't trust them as far as you can throw a house. Find a reputable company, in my opinion.
