Apparently, this makes me look suspicious because multiple employees seem to follow me around the store. Since I have an email set up they have all my information even if they didn't, I'M NOT A THIEF and don't appreciate being treated like one. I spend way to much money at this store and on Adidas gear period for them to disrespect me or anybody in this way. Don't know if I will shop here again. From past reviews bad customer service is their motto since 2011 and it's 2022. Disappointing. Update- I was able to speak with the manager, Zach in person and he is a great representative of the Adidas brand.  He assured me that this is not how he wants his customers to be treated.  I am confident that he will address the issues with the employees.

If you're looking for something to do call to find out dates & times for when they will host their trading card/ sticker event(s). I found this store online when searching for soccer (fútbol) turf shoes for my Little. I ordered a size 13 adult instead of 13c for little kids and requested 2 day shipping since we had an event in a few days at the US Soccer Headquarters & Training Center. When I received the shoes on time I discovered my error. I went online and started a return and I was given the option to mail back for a fee or find a local store to complete the return. I soon discovered there are two stores in the Atlanta, Georgia (Doraville & Marietta) area. As much as I love shopping online, it is nice to touch and try on items until you know fit. When I arrived at the Doraville store almost 3 weeks after I generated the return QR code I did not have any problems. Mr. Oscer was helping someone at the register and had to research something. He greeted me immediately and kindly explained he would be with me in one moment. I was allowed to walk around with the box of shoes I brought from home and at some point chose to just leave them on the counter so I didnt have to hold them. As soon as Oscer was done he processed my return without any problems or complaints. He just needed my QR code and asked for order number. He was professional enough to let me know he was training the employee standing next to him. He asked if I needed help with anything else once the return was completed. While at the store I ended up purchasing some thinner socks that my child won't complain about. Oscar educated me on proper fit for shin guards and found a pair for my son that has more breathable material. I also learned about the World Cup official sticker collection and purchased a book and collector stickers.

Uniquely enough this store is located at the very far end of the mall versus where I parked by Saks Fifth Avenue. On this particular day, it was great to see the store with a lot of staff and a lot of clients. However, I was not pleased with the fact that I had to wait in line to get inside. I was also not pleased at the security guard at the door only asked me out of the people in line if I had any intention of buying anything or if my visit was purely just to look. I would like to say that this was not done intentionally and I would like to say that this was not done on the basis of race however, the women in front of me who are in line we're not asked these questions and also did not look like me. Luckily, the lady who helped us inside was very kind and understanding. I had to make my annual in person physical visit to the store. So I do not have a relationship here however I have a relationship at a different store. The selection here was average. I thought there would be more options here considering that it was Atlanta however it was decent. It was very busy, especially for a weekend Saturday. I did manage to find a few things in stock and make my annual physical in person purchases. So I did not walk away empty-handed, or overly disappointed despite the unwelcome greeting by the security guard.

I followed up by email on December 19, 2025, and at no point was I informed that consignment items must have tags attached--an unusual requirement for resale, especially for high‑end nightgowns and robes that were gifted and barely worn. My items were delivered to the Lilburn store on December 27, 2025, at 11:14 a.m. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, no one has been able to tell me where my items are or why I was never contacted if they were deemed unacceptable. My consignment contract included my full name, email address, phone number and physical address and was emailed directly to BBPD's business email address. When I finally reached an employee, they confirmed they received my items, but I was told the items could not be accepted due to missing tags, yet staff strangely could not locate my items for return. This is unacceptable. To date, I have received no explanation and no resolution.

Beth (the owner) is one of the most kind, loving, professional people I have ever met. She carries the latest high end fashions at the most reasonable prices you could ever ask for. I make it my business to come in at least once a week and just buy something, I just can't help myself. I don't like to go out places and see people in the same thing that I am wearing.
