The pastry comes out smoking, piping out. There's literally steam coming out of it. This left quite an impression as it is certainly dramatic. I must admit that I love these experiences as I just don't see U.S. eateries handing me such a temperature hot pastry due to all these needless safety reasons. As for the pastry itself, it is a twirl so you can tear off chunks that are partial curls. It has a nice crunch on the outside while the inside is perfectly chewy. You choose different topics. I picked a vanilla sugar and it was very tasty. Definitely try this chimney pastry if you ever see it anywhere!

Not large portions but nothing fantastic as I had hoped. And it made my wallet lighter by 10€ which is to say quite a bit for a Klein portion. Overall a disappointment.
