This is about FedEx in general, not Shreveport ship center. They seriously need to update the…read moresystem. I stayed home all day waiting on a package I'm supposed to get that I have to sign for because the updates on tracking said it would be delivered today by 1:20. 1:20- no package. 5 pm no package. Finally I call and ask about it and the package isn't even out for delivery today. It's on its way to the next facility. Even though the tracking still says it's supposed to be delivered today. And it's 9:30 pm. So I stayed home all day for nothing. And now I have to cancel my plans for Monday just to wait for this package.
