We called so many electricians not one picked up but Fabian was reliable. We called him @ 7am left him a voice mail and he called back within 1 minute. We told him our problem and he had someone in our home within the hour. He was extremely professional. After they diagnosed the problem, he told us the price to replace our meter panel along with the circuit braker. We thought the price was fair considering the work they had to do. He was here exactly where he said he was going to be. Fabian himself showed up and two of his other man. We owe Fabian a lot. Fabian, Mike & Pablo were extremely professional and were done in 3 hours. He was excellent. I highly recommend him and his guys. I am sure we are going to sue them again for some updates in our home. Extremely happy we got his name from our contractor. 2 thumbs up!

Mr. Hines was referred by a good friend for installing a residential generator at my home in…read moreBedford. He recommended Kohler and installed model 30RCL in Dec. 2016. I noticed in June, 2018 that the generator was not coming on when the grid went down, and I called Mr. Hines. He came out in early July and told me that there was a leaky gasket that was on back-order. By early Sept, the unit was still not working, although it had a 5-year warranty. I called Kohler and found out that Mr. Hines is not trained or approved by Kohler to install, service or repair their generators. Lucky for me, his dealer in NJ had submitted for the warranty. I called an approved Kohler electrician who visited and said there was a wiring error from the unit to the house panel. Mr. Hines continues to deny any responsibility on his part and blames the non-working generator on a back-ordered part at Kohler. What a fraud!

His first question was how old the panel was, when answered I was met with, immediately, you need to change the panel - "a panel is like a roof, it needs to be changed every 20-30 years, even without issues". This seemed odd. I reached out to contractors I know and they had never heard that, but the internet has... so that's divided. The Owner, once again, was polite and friendly. He offered to fit me in for an inspection that he would personally do. This turned into him later sending a technician instead, but the inspection was still being done. The technician came out, checked the panel and then advised my wife who was home and was the point of contact. I specifically told the Owner as well as the technician, my wife would be the contact. The technician didn't even leave my drive way. Was literally sitting in it when he called me to follow up. I asked if he spoke to my wife. He said he did. I asked why he needed to call me. "To follow up" . But you spoke to my wife. "Yes". Then why are we speaking? He had no answer. I was put off by the fact he felt it necessary to speak to me as if my wife didn't get it. The technician basically told me everything that my wife already advised me of when she called quickly to let me know they wanted $6000 to replace my panel but couldn't tell her why. So I asked why. The answer - it's old. There is no danger, nothing imminent, the fuses look okay but it's old. When I said that seems illogical if it works, I was told I may not be aware that power isn't going to the house and lights might not work. I only live there, I think I would know if lights didn't work. But whatever. The technician also asked if he could follow up in a few days. Of course you can but why ask? "Because some customers feel that we harass them". Oof. That's awkward. They also have payment plans available, included in the quote should you move forward with the project. I immediately called for a second and third opinion. Both second and third reported my panel was in excellent condition and besides one fuse, didn't need to be replaced. They also quoted a project like that $3k less if not more but didn't have actual. I also didn't want to waste their time getting one considering I wasn't doing the work. Very nice company, but not for the work I need.

The called me twice again to tell me that they will be there at 10 and then at 10:00 their truck rolls onto my driveway! Bill (Jr.) was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He had a smart apprentice with him and he educated him not only on the hands-on way of completing the tasks but also telling him from an engineering viewpoint as to the whys and the hows of what they were doing with my Well-water System. It was really refreshing to see a young person being mentored by a senior in the trade! And by the way, their charges for the spares, after NYS Tax, were LOWER than the pricing of the exact same pieces at Home Depot!! What more can one ask for!

They quoted around $8,000. Another pump company completed the same work for about $2,000. That's not professionalism, that's taking advantage of a longtime customer. I'll never use them again.

John is very quick to work and responsible on his price…read more I got a few quotes for my ev charger and honestly just need to put in a 240 volt for the garage. His quote is a lot more reasonable than any quote I can get on thumbtack or all those app out there. So far my installation is working perfectly for my Tesla. The home charger is honestly for the look and convenience. You can easily hook on yourself as long as you have the correct socket. Texting isn't a great thing to work with John. Just get on the phone and tell him what you need. He will be get it done ASAP. I finalize what I need in the morning and got what I need before noon. Looking forward in working with him on my other projects. Beside ev charger, he does all kind of electric work including know my current house. He repaired our cottage electric from a tree falling and everything is label nicely. His truck is pack with all kind of tool and fully stacked. Great neighborhood electrician to be on my contact list.
