With respect, I have to disagree with the previous reviewer…read more In September of last year (2017) I asked Top Notch to give me an estimate for tree debris removal and to have the remaining stump removed as well. Their estimate was reasonable an I asked them to initially remove the debris and I would let them know about the stump removal. With minor prompting they indeed removed the tree remains. Subsequently I contacted them sometime in the October or early November time frame to let them know I wanted them to remove the stump. I also was explicit in that I did not need it to be removed immediately but that I needed it to be removed in sufficient to for me to plant a new tree in the same place this Spring. Since March I have placed four phone calls to Top Notch to ask when they intended to do the job. In each case I spoke with a very friendly woman who was appoligentic and stated that "Tom" (presumably the man doing the work) was very busy but would return my call within a day to schedule. I never received a call back from "Tom". Three weeks ago I spoke with the same woman and expressed my serious dissatisfaction with the lack of a response from "Tom". Again, she profusely apologized and said he would absolutely call me back within a day. No response. I went with another service and the stump was removed within four days! Bottom line, if you're willing to wait indefinitely then Top Notch is fine. If not, find someone else.

The removal was so quick and easy and their cleanup was wonderful. I couldn't be happier with Tiki Tree and Landscape and plan to use them for landscaping projects in the future! Highly recommend!!!
