From the initial meeting, my party and I were greeted with chef Tracy's infectious joy. The meal of choice that we chose was Indian cuisine. This meal including the following: *Naan bread *Hummus with chickpeas, tahini and olive oil *Chicken Tikka Masala with spices *Basmati Rice with lentils, turmeric, tomatoes and cilantro & cauliflower. Collectively, I'd have to rate our experience with chef Tracy a 10/10 unforgettable time. Her knowledge of cooking, knack for health conscious choices, use of unique spices & her enthusiasm for educating others is ultimately something that should be shared with others. Whether you're looking for a fun date night experience or to elevate your cooking skills, definitely do yourself a favor and book. ‍
