They also caused a big huge scene over my parents trying to help the tow driver get the vehicle onto the truck yelling about them being told they weren't allowed to work on it there, which was very obviously not what they were doing. They wouldn't even try as soon as the heard the age of the truck. One other place looked for parts but said they couldn't find any. Enter Clovis Collision/Clovis Auto Body! They looked for parts and FOUND them and agreed to do the repairs. They did the repairs quickly and kept us updated via text and phone. There was one hiccup where we had to bring it back for a fix but they took care of it the same day. They also worked well with our insurance. Raymond estimated a 2.5-hour installation and even texted me twice to confirm the appointment. On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop.
