Belkin did a great job getting us scheduled ASAP! Dr. Fareid and Dr. Chang we're Amazing, explaining our options and the keeping the procedure as painless as possible. Erica did a wonderful job explaining the cost and insurance coverage in clear detail, which was very helpful. Wonderful atmosphere, which made for a stress free dental experience. THANKS!

I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

They treat people with respect and are always showing care to the patients. I am always greeted with kinds words like "hello Maria welcome how are you doing" and when I leave "great seeing you again; have a great day." Their lobby area is very calming, even though it's small, it still feels comfortable. I really like the calming scenic pictures and soothing music on the TV screen. I went this morning for a post-op visit. Dr. Bunnell said, let me remove the stitches and you can eat and drink what ever you want. I asked, even Coffee? He said oh, yes. He did a great job! Dr. Bunnell is very professional, calming and friendly. I highly recommend them for procedures that you might need.

He sits with you, talks WITH you not TO you. And he listens. During the procedure he kept talking to me, reassuring me all was good. Under the circumstances I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. And when I entered the building his staff greeted me, and was kind and thoughtful. When I was home recovering that was quick and easy as well. I knew he had done no harm. Thank you for STELLAR care.

One nurse seemed pleasant and professional, and one was a total opposite. My son had never been under anesthesia and was slow to recover. As he regained consciousness, he began to jabber on a little loud. The mean nurse came in and yelled at him to keep it down and accused him of impacting office staff. Not five minutes later, she had him in a wheelchair and out the door. She stood behind the wheelchair and offered no assistance getting him out of the chair and into my truck. I feel that he was taken out of recovery far too soon as he could barely walk even with assistance. When I picked up his prescription the next day, I found that he was prescribed antibiotics that he has allergic reactions to. They were given that information both in writing and verbally prior to the surgery, and yet still, the prescription was written. It would have been addressed in recovery if we had received any post procedure instructions, but there were absolutely none given. To be fair, I feel it necessary to point out that a single individual caused all the negativity that we experienced. Regardless, we will seek professional dental help elsewhere in the future.

She had…read morecalled my husband the day before trying to move his appointment time but he had no reception due to his job location. They sent a text asking if he wanted to move the appointment time and he responded yes, but the automated text was not clear that it was rescheduled. There was no confirmation, only a text that said something along the lines of sorry, our office cannot respond, please call the office. My husband called the office 6 times prior to the appointment but no answer. We showed up at the original appointment time to be met with a very upset receptionist who threatened to report my husband to his job, which could cause serious financial punishment. When my husband said he called the office multiple times she said that the lines had been open all day and then asked what time did he call. My husband said he called around 12:30 or 1pm which she then responded with "well that's our lunch time". She then said that the appointment would have to be rescheduled for another day. I asked her "how is he supposed to know the time you are at lunch, that is not his fault" and she responded very rudely and with an attitude that "everyone takes lunch at that time". That was very unprofessional and unnecessary to say because no, not everyone takes lunch at that time. Different offices and places have different lunches. Nonetheless, the entire situation was a misunderstanding, both parties were at fault. We were very nice and respectful but she was not. The nurse and doctor that did my husband's surgery were amazing. That good experience with them was ruined by a receptionist was very passive aggressive. My husband even apologized to her before his surgery. We were referred from the navy base to this location. Neither of us deserved to be talked to rudely over a misunderstanding. This was horrible especially before a surgery.

He engaged me like he knew me from outside of his facility and that means a lot! You don't find many dentist/physicians out there like that anymore. Appointment, time was at 1510, didn't get called back for surgery until 1630. The lack of communication for the receptionist/other staff is poor for the patient. At least inform patient, doctor is running beyond and should be around this much time left to be called back for surgery. I'm rating this a 4/5 stars because of Dr. Bell's desk staff. Receptionist told me to fill out paper work, which in fact I completed online. Asked if I had a ride because of the general anesthesia, replied, "Yes." Kept asking me multiple times. Understand for another time to ask but not keep asking and asking. What got me is majority of staff was taking FOOD! Professionalism is key! You clearly know you have patients in the waiting room/lobby who have been, NPO/Nothing By mouth, for majority of the day. And talk about food, isn't so much professionalism while patients are thirsty and hungry. I work in healthcare myself, in a surgical department, professional and communication is important at all time. Just hoping this will help get staff to be more noticeable to ensure its important to know what to talk about and when to talk about it while patients abs family is in lobby.
