Robyn Phillips was the agent showing my home today. We were not informed that anyone other than…read morethe potential buyer would be viewing the home. Numerous additional vehicles cluttered the driveway upon my husbands return. After they had vacated, we entered our home. We found the master bedroom closet had been trifled with. My bra was turned inside out and several personal items were out of place. It was evident that they had gone through my jewelry and other personal items, including underwear and intimate apparel. The bathroom had been soiled, including the bath tub and many towels. Small fingerprints...presumably from a child, littered many items around my home, including things that are priceless and I cannot replace. Robyn told our agent that they only had stuck their head in the closet. When I left this morning, vacuum tracks were the only visible markings on the carpet. When I returned from work, no vacuum lines existed, only multiple foot prints. This is the most disturbing to me. My personal items had been gone through. I feel violated. The upstairs shower curtain had been almost taken down. It wasn't just left open, curtain rings were left hanging off the bar. Downstairs storage space had been totally rearranged without my knowledge or permission. Upon inspecting the attic, they left fingerprints on the ceiling and insulation littered the floor.
