A lovely lady with a poker straight platinum bob helped me as soon as I walked in. I called ahead because they were about to close by the time I got there. The watch didn't fit me and she generously put the extension I brought that came with it. She also informed me, because of the brand that I could solar charge it by a window and wouldn't need a battery for it. Another man that worked there offered to charge it, although it would've taken a couple days. I opted out of that and it works fine now that it's been sitting by a window overnight and all day. I checked out their tranquil aquarium while I was waiting and chatted up with the Store Manager. No charge to put the extension on. When we walked in we were greeted by Tina and Kurt. They were both super friendly and VERY helpful. They explained the diamond ratings and certifying diamond bodies. The information that they provided and Kurt's certifications, AGS and GIA, made us feel at ease and confident that they could create a beautiful ring. We asked if they had Marquise diamonds or if they could bring some in for us to look at. After a few days they called us to look at two diamonds and different settings. The diamonds and settings we're so beautiful it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I eventually decided to get a plain halo setting. The ring took three weeks to create but it was well worth the wait. I'm obsessed and haven't stopped staring at it since we picked it up. My diamond was loose 2 months ago, brought back in..
