I tasted the pork, which was in large chunks, pale and not appearing to have been grilled. I found it bland and tough, with a large amount of fat, difficult to chew. I really could not eat any of it. The salad part had large chunks of cucumber and large shreds of lettuce, again not how it is has historically been prepared when I've eaten this before. The fish sauce to pour over was a bit thick and syrupy with a mild flavor. I did enjoy the vermicelli noodles, which is pretty much all I ate. I ordered a cup of green tea for $2.50 which was nice and just what was needed on a subzero temperature day. Overall, I left disappointed.
