About 5 minutes after we arrived 2 more people came in to join us and it took about 20 min for anyone to notice other people arrived before they came to take their order. That didn't matter really because it took 50 min from the time we ordered to get our food. We got 2 grilled ham and cheese and a Reuben sandwich. I think 50 min is a bit long considering we were the only people in the place. The 2 that joined us later ordered pizza and it seemed to be done slightly faster than ours. My Reuben sandwich was average at best. The grilled ham and cheese as stated by my sister and mom was good but I quote "how can you screw up a grilled cheese sandwich?" The pizza came and my niece ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple and got Canadian bacon and pepperoni. Informed them they got the pizza wrong (noticed they didn't put the pineapple on it) and they did correct that and brought cold refrigerated pineapple. It wasn't until after my niece was eating it that they put pepperoni on it also. She ate it anyway cause we didn't want to wait another 50 minutes for it to be remade. And as you can see that the floors and bathroom clearly weren't cleaned from the night before. Toilet paper all over one toilet. Trash not emptied in the other and poop smears left in the toilet bowl. Trash and food particles left around tables and such so clearly not cleaning the place properly. I wouldn't go back after this experience. The service was horrible. The food was ok. But after seeing how unclean the dining area and bathrooms were I shudder as to the cleanliness of the kitchen.
