Well this is the answer trust me. We took the Murphy here when we went to California and at first he was a bit sketchy but once he was there he did not want to leave. It is a daycare for dog's the whole concept. Walking in it looks like the inside of a log cabin and you hang our leash in the spot with your dogs name etched in chalk. They have two large rooms for the dogs to socialize as well as an outdoor area for play time. Inside in a separate room there are large kennels and each dog has his own sleep space. Prices are really reasonable as it is $25 for the day or $35 for the night and if you stay a full week they bath them before he comes home. Now when we take Murphy we just tell him to go get John and off he goes right to the door, so cute. This place is a live saver and a nice way to enjoy your vacation knowing someone is with your dog..

Petstuff is GREAT!…read more Petstuff is a local not for profit that supports and trains people with mental illness or disabilities employment skills. The goal of working at Petstuff is for these folks to get permanent employment. I personally think it's a fabulous idea and it's what brought me to their store in 2009 for the first time. The employees at Petstuff are very sweet and kind. They love to help you out and always welcome a furry visitor. They've got a good selection of food, toys, grooming supplies, and everything else you could need for your pet. For people who are training for other work opportunities, I am always very impressed at how knowledgeable the employees are. They really do a fantastic job! I haven't had any personal experience with their groomer but have heard from numerous people that they do a great job. The pugs may be visiting that area of the business soon!

His name is Des, he is very relaxing, but FAST and reasonably priced. Plus, he doesn't overlap his clients, which is such a nice change from chain groomers. Located in Eastern Passage, this vet clinic is open long hours so that you can arrange appointments around your work hours. The staff are friendly and professional, and it's obvious they love their patients. A few years ago, we adopted our first cat Zed from these folks. Although they have discontinued the adoption program, they're still a great resource for pets both young and old. The prices are reasonable, and there is no pressure for add-on services that aren't strictly necessary.

Given they are a 2min drive from my house they were the logical choice for veterinary care for her. I was told by others they are more expensive than other clinics. However, if I don't have to schlep across the city and they are good with my dog then I'm not so fussy on the expense. Before they were officially my vet I unfortunately had to take pupster to the emergency clinic. They, of course, asked who my home vet was. I explained I didn't have one yet (had only had the dog for 3 days) but was hoping to use EPVVC. They faxed over the dog's report from the emerg visit to them anyway. A day later someone from EPVVC called to check up on us, see how pupster was doing. And we weren't even patients of their's at this point! My dog came from a not so great home so has some issues we're working her through. These folks were more than happy to indulge the princess and do things at her pace....and the pockets full of treats seemed to have helped her adjust! She has eventually learned that the vet doesn't always mean bad things, and is quite comfortable going in now. There have been a few times I've needed last minute appointments, once I even showed up without one, and they happily accommodated us. These folks are happy, friendly, polite and most importantly good with my sensitive dog. They get a solid 5 stars from me!
