I had a poor experience with this company. Their website states they are able to move furniture…read moreetc. I spoke with the owner regarding moving a piece of exercise equipment to my home. He had no further questions and accepted the job. When the equipment was delivered it was asked that it be moved downstairs. Neither mover made the effort to go look downstairs and instead stated this wasn't possible without taking it apart to which they made very minimal attempt at doing. When discussing dissatisfaction with the service, the owner was unprofessional and stated "give me my money". This company is unable to move large items as they advertise.

Male dispatch left me in tears…read more Rating 1 star only because until now my previous experiences had been good - today that went out the window, I had called them earlier this month for a food run and the lady who answered was helpful and the driver was friendly. This morning the guy who answered snapped at me for asking why he was telling me different things when it came to ordering. This was the response : "STOP MENTIONING LAST TIME- I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'VE BEEN TALKING TO - BUT I'VE BEEN HERE 10 YEARS AND KNOW THE RULES - NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT!?" Almost in tears I apologized to him for the inconvenience my call caused. he then hung up on me. I had an anxiety incident afterwards and needed medication. I will never use them again.

The top of the front was all pulled threads, and underneath that, there is pulled threads right out, so the dress now has runs in it. The girl there was wonderful even admitting to the past owner that when the dress was brought in, it didn't have any of that mess on it. Scott the owner offered me a $250.00 gift certificate for dry cleaning. Nice try Scott I never dry clean anything anymore. The dress had to be done by Professionals, so that's why I went there. Please never take Good Articles of Clothing anywhere near that place.

Sterling cleaners is half the price & just as good of quality aa the previous dry cleaning business I was using. Thank you Sterling for operating such an honest business. I don't do a lot of reviews. Felt compelled to here, these guys deserve to do well. It would be great if there business model of honest pricing would catch on more and more. ... that is - I'll have a business where one can make an honest living.
