I initially signed up for an 8-week challenge and then committed to an 18-month challenge because I instantly felt inspired by seeing how many calories I was burning in such a short amount of time. Prior to coming here, I inconsistently would go to the gym. I had zero discipline however since coming here, I have integrated bootcamp workouts into my daily routine, which I had NEVER thought I could do. If you are a beginner or getting back into your fitness, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you should consider coming here. With your membership you have access to unlimited HIIT classes, so you can start off with one or double up. The HIIT classes change daily, and the class schedule has many options to choose from, which makes it easier to find a time that fits for you. The workouts can be challenging, yet fun, and you will walk away feeling accomplished. I love the structure of the class that offers a good balance of cardio and strength. The coaches and the supportive atmosphere got me, everyone is encouraging and the coaches do an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged. The parking can be a bit challenging; with the move to the new location, I am excited to see the ongoing upgrades and appreciate the commitment by Trevon in enhancing the space. I highly recommend this boot camp to anyone looking to improve their fitness while having a great time!

I am working remotely with their trainer Jeff. With a relatively small investment I have all of the equipment I need to transform my family room into a workout space each morning. I work out through face time with 3 other women, each of whom are in much better shape than I am. Jeff tailors a program for each of us, so that we are doing similar exercises at the same time fitting each of our needs. He has been particularly good at helping me find ways to continue to work out despite some knee issues. He is amazingly responsive. What I'm enjoying most is the balance in the workouts between strength training and cardio. By the end of every workout I really feel a sense of accomplishment and have worked up a good sweat. I feel that great feeling of having worked hard and accomplished something, but I don't feel so exhausted the rest of the day that my day is shot. I feel revved up rather than beaten down. If your looking for a way to workout from your home, I would give FIT a call. I find the cost reasonable. You don't need your own home gym just some weights, an adjustable weight kettle ball and a mat will get you started. I highly recommend.

Branden has been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals, and the results have been great! What sets Branden apart is his personalized approach to training. He took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and preferences, and tailored each session to maximize my progress. His expertise in fitness and nutrition was evident in every workout plan and dietary advice provided. Not only did Branden push me to new limits, but he also ensured that each exercise was performed with proper form and technique, minimizing the risk of injury. His motivation and positive attitude was contagious, making every session enjoyable and something I looked forward to. Thanks to Branden, I achieved my goals of loosing weight, building muscle, improving endurance and have never felt better. I am stronger and feel confident. I was training for the Spartan race since February and can say I killed it with his preparation and help. Branden is available when I have questions about anything from scheduling to where I can purchase an item on the meal plan and he makes recommendations if I need it. I have never once felt judged or guilted by Branden. He is totally reasonable with expectations. My husband and I do date night dinner and drinks once a week and Branden has been super supportive of it. The gym itself is very clean and the other gym goers are nice and welcoming. I feel like it's important to mention there are times when it's just me (a woman) and Branden (a man) alone in the gym. I have never once felt creeped or weirded out. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to reach out to Elite Fitness.

With the coaches help, I've lost over 40 pounds of fat in the span of a year and gained muscle mass. Urban Fitness emphasizes using free weights, focusing on form and technique before lifting heavy. You'll find that while you're able to squat heavy on machines, poor posture and bad habits from not bracing your core does little in the real world. The style of training can be transferred to every day chores from carrying bags of groceries up the stairs in one trip, to lifting your fridge while remodeling your kitchen. I never realized how little I could lift on my own without machines involved. The workouts are class based and has a coach demonstrating each set and correcting form. As intimidating as a class workout sounds, the community and friendship bond you will find in class are unmatched. It's really easy to make friends, especially if you're someone working from home and need a change of pace, this is a good place to go. The people I've met here became my family. We go on snowboarding trips and run spartan races together. It's not CrossFit and all levels are welcomed. The highly trained staff can provide all different levels of workouts whether you're new, looking for a challenge, or injured. There's something for everyone.

I have to say out of all the gyms I've been to: FBBC, UFC, Planet Fitness, The Camp, and many other local family owned gyms, Concord fitness boot camp aka Fit Body Boot Camp concord has been the absolute best! I lost weight but the change was not just in appearance. I actually felt stronger and could notice the difference in my strength. My energy and endurance was like my teen days. The crazy part is appearance wise this gym has been the least impressive. But Virgil makes the small space functional and you really don't need much more than this. When I showed up for my first trial the location made me hesitant. Virgil's customer service was great and he made me feel welcomed. The other members were friendly and there were all ages and body types. I stayed and loved it. Everyone was extremely helpful and motivating. They all push you to finish your reps, to keep moving and not quit, and if you struggle they make you feel okay with modifying while teaching you ways to work on it until you can one day do what you're struggling with. It was hard but it seemed like within days my body learned how to handle doing sit ups and push ups. Another major part is nutrition. Virgil helped me with a shopping list and meal ideas. He is respectful but also doesn't sugar coat. With each weigh in he reminded me what I needed to do to stay on track. I also learned how to count calories. If I still lived in the area I would see about joining again. If I didn't give it 5 stars it is solely because of the cost. When I went it cost around by $300/month. Is it worth it? Yes. Is it affordable and feasible? No. I could not keep up going there as it was too much for my budget. Pictures for comparison of cheeks and chin when I first started in March to September
