To be clear my barber was very talented and can clearly cut hair, the only problem was that he didn't listen to what i really wanted. I am a man with curly brown hair. I asked to keep the top long and curly and shape up the sides and back and let the curls on top curtain over, i asked him to take only an inch or so off and he ended up taking like 3 off and now i look like a frat kid. The most rude experience I've had ever when it came to customer service. I had a 12 o'clock appointment, class at Binghamton went longer than usual so I knew I was gonna be late. I called to notify them I was going to be late and they were very understanding over the phone. I walk in to the shop at about 12:10, and my barber isn't there. after a couple minutes Eva one of the workers comes up to me and tells me they canceled my appointment. I understood I was late and they have other clients so I tried asking if there is an open time slot that I can just flip flop my appointments in because on the schedule it said they did not have any appointments from 5:30- close. Eva very rudely replies telling me to look on the website and that I'm being charged 40 dollars for the haircut I was 10 min late to because it was policy. I try explaining that my class was held later and I called explaining I was gonna be late, and instead of her trying to be understanding she tells me to find a new barbershop and 40 dollars is being charged on my card. Again, by far the worst experience I've had ever when it came to customer service. Charging me 40 dollars and telling me to find a new barber to get my haircut because I was 10 minutes late and asked to reschedule was ridiculous after I have been going to this place for a couple years now and I've never canceled or missed an appointment. I have my brothers wedding tomorrow that I am the best man for and I now don't have money to get a haircut. I get they have a policy, but being talked down to like that, being told to leave, and being told to find a new place for a barber shop all because I was 10 minutes late and I can't afford to just lose 45 dollars is outrageous. read more

This place is as good as it gets for haircuts. I have been almost everywhere to every barbershop in the area but sadly there is always something lacking. Whether it may be the fact they can only use clippers, only use scissors, don't know customer service, or don't take appointments, or are just out there. This place however has it all. They have a very clean store front, amazing customer service, and give amazing haircuts. I went in to get a fade and had my appointment setup by calling a few days in advance. Not only was my appointment confirmed by the gentlemen on the phone but also by text. The haircut was amazing as my barber spent at least 40 minutes cutting, trimming, and clipping my hair. Afterwards they used a straight razor and even used a hot towel for my neck. After i was finished I gave them 25 bucks and walked out. Wow what an amazing experience. The only thing is it is a tad bit pricey but you do get what you pay for as it is in a prime location and is worth every penny. read more

I took my girlfriend here to get her hair cut, and they had some person under an apprenticeship cut her hair. After she was Finnished we both noticed how uneven and messed up her hair looked. We asked for a refund and the manager declined, citing you were informed that the girl cutting your hair was an apprentice. And we don't give out refunds to unsatisfied customers. Best barbershop in the area i would put my life on it. Have had experience from Jason and Nick from previous shops, and now Casy and Eva are the top 2 picks. Definitely more pricey than majority of shops in the area, BUT you also don't have to worry about them pushing your hairline back 2 inches like majority of barbershops around here, so id take the high price for no worries. Have had tons of close friends come to Casy or Eva and they have had amazing experiences. Barbershop energy is great, barbers are always nice, everyone is always laughing and having a good time while also paying attention to your hair. read more

Went there once and i will never go back. Went to Nick, and i asked him to take 2-3 inches off the top with scissors he then proceeded to use a machine and takes all my hair off. The hot towels smelt horrible, the only thing i can say that was good was the face mask. I paid $45 for nothing, even the shape up was not as good as my old barber, who I will be continue going to.
