I was told pointblank: "were not accepting any new clients"! Okay, that's fine. However several people were walking in and having there's done. I also heard several clients calling for "do overs". My hair never looked worse after having had NO hair for 2 years due to chemotherapy. The stylist knew how very, very important coming in and finally restoring my hair to my father. As a result, they decided to not let her sign in and talked bad about her (AS A CUSTOMER, AND JUST AS A HUMAN BEING, WE DON'T NEED TO BE BAD MOUTHED). 2) THIS IS BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING. They charge $13.95 & up. On the shampoo she asks "do you use conditioner?" so I say "yes". It turns out, it's a $2 charge because she put conditioner in my hair and didn't tell me it was extra. Apparently getting your hair clipped is another $1, a charge I was not informed about. ALL OTHER PLACES DO THIS FOR FREE OR WILL TELL YOU WHEN THERE IS A CHARGE. I was so upset, I didn't ask for a card and they were not remorseful for what they had done. I will go to the place across the way since they are fair and decent to their customers.
