After a short discussion, we filled out the application for a house that is for rent, paid 60.00 and then was told that we dont make enough money to rent the house. Initially the landlord knew what our income was, then after they received the application fee they have avoided our calls and wont refund the money for the application fee. Worst property management ever. Consumer beware. Dont get scammed, and ripped off by this company. There are no other reviews and their website is super shady. We will be reporting Tab and associates to craigslist, the police and we will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

After months of hard work, my husband and I were finally able to buy a house. Our first home. In fact, they didn't really listen to anything we said we were looking for. So we decided to start looking online at different sites that listed current homes on the market. We came across a home that was being sold by ming tree that we liked. Liz Duran was the listing agent. We called her and immediately we felt like she was interested in helping us. She was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. We ended up not liking the house that was listed, so we kept looking. But this time we had help! Liz would send us info on any house we asked about. If we had a question she wasn't sure about, she went and got the answer. We changed our minds several times. Liz never batted an eye at it. She was constantly reassuring me that I wasn't being a pain. She really made my husband and I feel like a priority to her. We ended up buying a home that wasn't listed through ming tree, but it didn't matter to Liz. She was with us every step of the way. She is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her! If we buy another home here, she will be who we go through. I did not have any experiences with any of the other people in the office, but if she is any indication of the way the rest of the staff there works, you cannot go wrong with Ming Tree Real Estate.

He misrepresented client and not looking for the best interest for his client , has months full excuses why he can not finish escrow , none responding on time, dragging, refused to even sent you the original contract and cost me 2.5 acres of land.
