In fact, they didn't really listen to anything we said we were looking for. So we decided to start looking online at different sites that listed current homes on the market. We came across a home that was being sold by ming tree that we liked. Liz Duran was the listing agent. We called her and immediately we felt like she was interested in helping us. She was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. We ended up not liking the house that was listed, so we kept looking. But this time we had help! Liz would send us info on any house we asked about. If we had a question she wasn't sure about, she went and got the answer. We changed our minds several times. Liz never batted an eye at it. She was constantly reassuring me that I wasn't being a pain. She really made my husband and I feel like a priority to her. We ended up buying a home that wasn't listed through ming tree, but it didn't matter to Liz. She was with us every step of the way. She is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her! If we buy another home here, she will be who we go through. What gets me is my nephew unaware I gave notice left his car in the driveway, she not only charged me full rent for the car being there, she had it towed and says she doesn't know who or where it was towed . The supposed seller was committing identity theft and listing the property fraudulently. Luckily, for us, our title company uncovered the fraud at the last minute before we lost all of our money. They were able to contact the actual sellers and we were still able to purchase the property. It was very unprofessional of her not to confirm the validity of her seller before listing the property. We do not recommend her. We could have lost a great deal due to her unprofessionalism.
